I had ordered a queen size bed from Pepperfry urgently for my new home. Since the timeline was very restricted, the studio manager Frenik helped me a lot for choosing the right product, and during shipping and installation. Huge props to the Pepperfry team for the swift delivery and installation. The product itself is in very good condition and goes well with the palette of the room. I had last week received the delivery of a Kibo 2 Door Wardrobe through your store. The service extended by the staff, Ms. Safna was excellent. The assembling was also done at my convenience. It was a nice experience.

I was on the hunt for some modern furniture for my new home and was confused about choosing the ones that suit my home. Was difficult to decide on the material to prefer, color of the finish, quality, budget to spend and so on. Did some research, went to Pepperfry experience store at Edappally and was happy once I got inside. Like an icing on the cake, We were assigned this pleasant gentleman named Jerrin. He explained us the wood quality, the different finishes they had, feedback from other customers, what to take and what not to prefer. Most of the furniture that we preferred was made from solid Sheesham wood. Posting some pics for reference. If you are looking for long lasting Sheesham based modern furniture, I would strongly recommend Pepperfry and the service from their Edapally experience center.

I have to say you guys have got amazing staffs.They were so cooperative and understanding.Helpful to the core .was supportive in each and every step.Since I reside in UAE I was communication everything through WhatsApp and I was guided in regular intervals from the product selection till delivery at home.
