Joined gym 6 months ago and saw a good transformation under the guidance of Lovely sir. He was the first person whom I met there and he has helped me a lot during my journey. His nature is so friendly not only to me but also for others.

Had a good experience in the gym and recommended others also. The gym is spacious and equipments are good.

Body Rhythm is just the kind of gym you would wish to visit given the kind of vast space it is built on plus it has all the equipment and also the coaches are very polite and helpful. Pankaj sir and his training method is very precise. He is also very cooperative. Overall, my experience here has been really wonderful.

I have been visiting body rhythm for a considerable amount of time now and my experience has been amazing, the trainers (pankaj sir and Shakti sir) are amazingly fit themselves with a great physique and they always tell you what you're doing wrong and also gives ears to your queries every time and tell you what's best for your body. They also have all the equipment you'll need to work on that body so it's an overall package.

A great Gym with a really good array of equipment and a great team of professional trainers! I immediately enrolled on my first visit, and have had a great time so far.

Gym is very well maintained...as well as all trainers r brilliant...my experience was excellent with them...I also suggest my friend to join in body rhtym gym....bcz...of well Experience staff...and one sardar trainer( shakti) is well very educated about gym....machines...and very polite to their clients..my 3 experience was very good

It was a big and spacious gym with experienced trainer and excellent facilities and machines , good amount of weights are present and price is reasonable

AMAZING GYM, good equipments.The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified. Pankaj sir is having good physique and always tell you you how to do exercise correctly if you are doing wrong. They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts. You will not leave disappointed! Such a family vibe as soon as you walk in the doors – I highly recommend checking this gym out.
