Staff here is very rude and not cooperative at all. I had gone for ekyc.. he literally told me that it is not done here and asked me to do it in nearby 'grahak seva kendra' which is not free ........

his system was working just fine.. he actually had no interest to do it.. same thing happened when I asked him to cross check if pan is linked to bank account.. what I don't understand is, it's a small branch, they have literally very little work to do, then why not satisfy customers properly by completing their queries and issues.. very bad experience with the staff of this bank.... govt bank se expect bhi kya kar sakte hain..

Also their entrance is not friendly at all.. very congested and high steps...
