Nice branch there is lot of space for customers to seat and branch is full AC. Branch is clean and neet. Customer get payment in very little time but for cash receipt customer has to wait than payment and branch staff provide service in very little even if branch located at very crowdy place like MONDHA.

The bank is good but if you come with a car you may find parking it not so easy as it is quite a busy area the bank also has atm and other machines beside it. The bank is not good at providing services and solving problems in a fluent way. I have some problems which aren't yet been fixed.

Bank having good account opening customer but doesnot having passbook printing facality in my personal oppenion this bank should do there job to customer oriented rather then show off
No complaints is been proceed till now

This is good bank. And upgrading slowly and getting better. You can open your account here for pention or payment or DD or other such services. Watch out from bad behavior. Be patient.
