the rooms are clean and the bed is comfortable inclusive of clean bathrooms and toilets, the service is also pretty good and well hospitality management has been provided. the location is also very helpful as the hotel is nearby the railway station so it's not a headache in finding a good hotel.

"Hospitality, kindness , cleanliness and service were there as expected.hotel muskan palace is a perfect place to stay in ujjain .it is closed to the centre and the railway station, and mahakaleshwar temple.
The room was very pleasant, it was cozy and clean.breakfast was excellent and incredibly varied.the hotel team was always been friendly, patient and helpfull . that impressed me the most.no matter what time of day or night,you could turn to them with all your concerns.on my next stays ,i will definitely check into hotel Arthur again .

Nice place to stay. Elevators are in working condition. Rooms are well built. Sanitization is done in front of guests. Near to ujjain railway station with is the advantage.

This is a nice hotel with an extremely well behaved staff, tea and snacks is available all night, auto is available whole night if one wishes to see the bhasma aarti at Mahakaleshwar Temple.
