All that we experienced in here was 10/10 , the way the Staff managed to make dure everything went well and in time was the biggest plus , we were confused between Fronx , Brezza and baleno and my father was more leaned towards fronx but then when we test drove the car we changed our decision from Fronx to baleno as the comfort level was different on Baleno , you know the test drive part , changing of colours, knowing more info about the car , everything was on point.
Actually i made the call to nexa customer care and our journey was handled by Sajad who is really experienced guy , idk what to say he is always a cool guy who just handled everything with a cool head , whenever i wanna call him i call him and ask for more info , see he wasnt forcing us to buy anything , he was being real professional by providing me with all the info via whatsapp.

We even changed the colour twice from blue to grey to silver and you know the delivery time was on point even after changing the colours on different occasions , i had never had an experience like this from a salesman , because always they care about is pushing things hard which becomes a headache for customers .
