Took delivery of my Alcazar this week. The experience provided by Mr.Afsal who was our sales executive deserves special mention and a 12/10 rating. Right from the moment we first stepped into the showroom till the delivery and even after delivery Afsal had been following up like a true professional.
This outlet at irumpanam junction is a small one and is a sub outlet of the bigger vytilla popular hyundai. But don't let that fact fool u. They go to any extend to make sure you are satisfied with the test drive experience. They told me all the correct facts about the waiting period nowadays due to semiconductor shortage. And I was prepared to wait too. But they surprised me by delivering the vehicle much earlier than the expected date.
The registration and PDI process was super smooth. I trusted the PDI team of popular and they didn't fail me. No issues found with the car on delivery. The delivery process was flawless and the concerned executives did their job well.
Overall you can trust these guys to do their job very well.

Afsal was more like a family member and brother to me throughout. Gave me all the best advice and no irritating compulsion that other sales executives do at other showrooms. Had been to Nissan, MG and Mahindra showrooms and booked Magnite, Astor and Xuv 700 before finally deciding on going for a VFM 7 seater in alcazar. Totally happy with the vehicle and the experience.
