I have been servicing my car at this place for several years now, and I have consistently encountered a very friendly staff. It is easily accessible, and they even offer a pick-up and drop-off option. If the car wash doesn't meet your satisfaction, they are willing to pick up the car again, rewash it, and deliver it back to your location. I am genuinely pleased with the service they provide.

It is a good place for Maruti service. The employee s are behaving good. They are polite when i went there. They got some package which is good to reduce overall service charge.

It has been a delightful repair service appointment with this workshop today. I am highly impressed with the way the employees, especially my SA, handled my concerns and how they were able to troubleshoot a quite complex issue of an old engine, to find a very highly plausible solution. And a mention of how kind the catering staff has been, keenly asking every customer their preference for tea/coffee refreshment as well as deligently maintaining the catering equipment to good standards. Hope the management keeps things this way and better, and for sure I will be coming here again.

I have been having my car serviced here for 5 plus years now. I have always dealt with Mr. Amjad (who has now left) and now Mr. Jintu. I have been lucky to have a very good service experience each single time, and an incident free experience so far with car or it's service.

The rates are same as other places. I am happy with their service and my no hassles experience.

They are good. They take the service and alao explains everything in detail . The body shop is really nice. But you need to do specify all the complaints promptly . They do speedy service and has a good customer lounge with coffee being served . Its nice place to visit . Better than popular in edapally .

I visited the service center Indus, Kakkanad to do the periodical service of my Car, I discussed with Advisor Mr. Nazeem, he clearly explained all the details and he did test drive with me, and he explained all the issues and solution of my Car. Indus team provided very good support, especially Mr. Nazeem did the good conversation with me in the polite manner and he cleared all my doubts like a specialist, he given a positive impression and experience of the Maruti Brand. Indus Motors, Kakkanad is the best Maruti Suzuki service centre in Kochi. Excellent workmanship and very friendly staff. They don't change parts unnecessarily like many other service centers, and their billing is very reasonable. Their work is very systematic and efficient. .

Visited to rectify one warning in the engine system immediately appeared in the instrument cluster ear kakkanadu while a trip.We are in emergency and approached nearest service centre Indus Motors Kakkanadu. They rectified the issue on priority. Also rectified it free of cost as they not changed may parts or consumables.

for a change i was happy with the services offered at Indus motors at kakkanad .Communication was good and they did a good job with my air condition which had broken down.Charges were similar to those offered by others who would not give a bill . recommended

Good place and nice people to deal with. Their customer relations head Shaari is really a nice person. They used to bring Coffee for customers, but don't see that anymore
