The staff was open and honest about all of the expenses and fees when it came time to make a choice, which I appreciated. Additionally, they helped me identify financing options that fit within my budget, and I was assured that I was getting an excellent deal.

For the sake of context, I am not a car enthusiast but I drive a lot. I do not follow the nitty-gritties of Automotive news either. So the notion I had about Maruti Suzuki and their cars were, well, primitive.

To be frank, I was considering a vehicle from Nexa only when the delivery of a car that I had booked got delayed over 7 months. But it was only when I connected with Popular Nexa Palarivattom that I realized how wrong I was and how Maruti and Nexa have leapt mountains within a decade.

I informed that I was urgently in need of a 6 seater, Mr. Thomas M. Paul of Nexa quickly sprang into action. He checked the availability and went ahead to find the model I wanted, block one for me from Bengaluru. This enabled me to complete the processes and get the car delivered in under 20 days, which otherwise would have taken over 48 weeks. Any delay, was from our end.

Since car dealers regularly see customer gripes, 'jaadaa' and stupid questions, they can become callous. But Popular Nexa team was very cordial and inviting at all times. They were very professional and answerd all my queries (trust me, I had way too many) to my full satisfaction. The showroom experience is top notch. Getting there and being there is not a stress at all.

The only below par experience I had was that the test drive vehicle was not available as it apparently was out of town. However, they gave me a tour of their yard and allowed me to have a thorough look and a similar model that was being readied for delivery. Thus, I also got a chance to witness the excellent PDI that they do.

Eventually, when I did get my test drive, I had a fantastic experience, not just with the vehicle, but how the team handled it altogether. They had to reschedule multiple times which they did without any complaints. They brought the car home and me and my family spent a full hour with it until late evening. Mr. Noble and Mr. Arun from Nexa patiently stayed with us explaining everything and answering our queries. Not at one single instance did they try to hard-sell. Neither did they sling mud at any other manufacturer. Among the 6 test drives I had with multiple vehicles, this was the best.

The documentation from their end was quick and seamless. Thomas gave me a clear understanding of everything. The delivery was also a very warm experience. Not over the top or too shabby..it was just right. Most importantly, they kept time.

In a nutshell, I am super happy with the Nexa experience so far and am pretty excited to be in this family. I shall update the review as I spend more time with them.
