Fitness 4 Ever Kakkanad

I've been going over a year now and love it. The equipment and classes are awesome. Never crowded. But the best thing? My trainer Karthik. Dude knows his stuff. He customizes my workouts for my goals, cranks up the energy to keep me motivated, and takes the time to make sure I get each move right. I'm seeing killer results working with him! So if you want killer facilities with an awesome trainer who makes sure you meet your goals, check out Fitness Forever. Just an all around great gym. Two thumbs way, way up!

Being someone who has worked out at several gyms before, I have never been this comfortable anywhere else. Maybe a lot of things matter, maybe the machines, the squarefoot, fancy spas , but for me, what matters the most are people. And the people here are absolutely warm, friendly and down to earth . I drive some distance everyday to get here, passing by bigger and newer gyms, but I would rather come here.

Great gym with friendly staff. They have a wide range of equipments and offer a variety of classes. The gym is clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere is welcoming and supportive.

This place, the branch close to BMC college is one of the cleanest, well equipped and spacious gyms I've seen in Ernakulam. They are also open on Sundays till noon which is key to consistency. And that's not even the tip : the washrooms are clean and tidied up all day long, the Air conditioning is apt and the instructors ( Midhun, Arun, Praveen, Ben, Tibin, Arjun, Sreejith and I'm sure I'm missing a name or two) are simply helpful, a heap of energy hiking up the ambience to workout and damn professional when it comes to schedules/programs assigned. The female trainers are real patient and efficient and you can see that with their personal training clientele.

Wouldn't be fair if there wasnt a huge shout out to RINI (I believe she's the owner of the est. as well) , who was a gem to deal with and also, knows how to cater to the sort of customers so that they keep coming back to the same Gym repeatedly. Fair prices to flock to for your regular workouts, be that may their yearly, monthly or daily rates.

I've tried out quite a few options in Ernakulam and this place has it all, equipments, cardio section, free weights, more than 2 smith machines and a separate section for aerobics and warm ups.

Kudos to this branch, will be heading back there whenever in town !

I am so happy to post my review for this fitness center. Because i got the best gym to workout. And i achieved my goal with the help of trainer john. He gave me proper diet plan and workout to reach my goal weight. And trainer febin and arjun supported me to workout and to get best gym experience.

One of the best gym i have been too .... Though i cannot manage to be consistent due to my work i have lost around 5 kgs with the support of my dearest friend and trainer Arjun. All the other trainers are very friendly. Especially my dear Ancy she is very much supportive. Highly recommended..!!

Good equipments, nice facilities with air conditioning. Trainers are knowledgeable, friendly, and there for all your queries, led by Mr. Praveen, as he's the main trainer and a super friendly guy. I highly recommend this gym if you're closer to the area.

Also, a shoutout to my trainer, Arjun, who always pushes me beyond my limits and urges me to take that extra rep.

The fitness centre is one of the best one in town. As a beginner I tried out some other gyms before choosing fitness 4ever . The trainers there are very helpful and they are available throughout the training period.
Im mentioning here about Midhun and Aju both of them were very helpful and clears every doubts regarding workout !

It’s a wonderful experience there in fitness for ever . It’s moreover like a family and home atmosphere. My personal trainer ARJUN is very experienced and expert in giving out workouts. His assistance through out the PT is much appreciated. Front desk Ancy is also very welcoming and any issues are very much dealt quickly.

Best gym in kakkanad and certified fitness trainers. Trainer John motivate me while doing workout and guided me in my whole PT session. A part from that his diet plans are so good and controlable . Six months ago, I embarked on a fitness journey at Fitness4ever Kakkanad, and the results have been astounding . The positive atmosphere, friendly trainers and well-designed programs make it a standout fitness destination.
Setting out on this fitness journey has been truly memorable, especially with my first trainer Shivaji, who played a key role in my initial 5 kg weight loss with personalised diet plan and my current trainer Midhun, who focuses on enhancing my core strength through tailored workouts. I must acknowledge the unwavering support of other trainers namely Arjun, Febin and John who have been supportive throughout and with the best guidance of Rini .
