The five star rating is for the owner and for his partner and for the shop and his reasonable price.99% of my pets are from this store and I must say I am very satisfied with what ever I have got from this shop . But today was the worst experience of my life being a customer who has been buying things from this shop and has made not only good by very good business.I was verbally assualted and threatened for my life by an employee who works partime here black and blue in this shop just because I said the truth . All I have to say is I am happy with the shop and what it gives but the behaviour of this employee who works there is more then not acceptable .I don't know what action the owner is going to take my it must be Swift . But I will continue to shop here because of the way I was treated like a king as a customer . I am alerting all customers to be alert with parttime employ who works here . I'm asking the shop owner for Swift action and and an unconditional apology in public from the employee who verbally assualted me and threatened me for life .
