Axis Bank Branch

I had been to the branch late around 7pm to the branch ATM and found the office was open so i entered the office to see if they can handle / rectify my new debit card issue.
Gentleman walked to me to help and really treated well ( Name unknown) and another lady (Named KAJAL ) both sat down to help me out to solve the issue even though the time was up. I Really like the way they treated me where i never seen such gesture from any other bank employees so far.
Thumbs up to the TEAM Axis bank and specially to URVA branch.

It’s always a pleasure to visit this branch of the bank because most of the work that Is there gets done in minutes. The staff is always present and there to help us.

Worst branch and staffs. Disgusting service. SBI branches and staffs are better than them. They don’t do any work even with multiple follow ups. Please don’t visit this branch if time is valuable to you.

Unlike all my visits to Axis Bank branches in Bangalore, this branch visit feels like the typical bank visits where the staff are nonchalant and are busy with their personal work and don't care for customers. They have A LOT to learn on how to treat your customers when you are working in a bank like this. Won't be visiting this branch anymore for any work.

I have surrendered my credit card months ago, and destroyed it right in front of the official and asked them to close my account. Yet I am getting a bill of Rs. 600 through email.
