I have been going to gym Since 2021. I achieved my goal of fitness with the help of trainers .They trained and treat all the clients as same. They have the ability to train and clear my doubts patiently regarding nutrition’s and diet follow ups. They scheduled my timings based on my work frame time. Gym have scheduled closing time but they are ready for waiting their client workout completion. They schedule me work outs as per my comfort timings. As a client I have a personnel experience that gym is ready to spend more time for me which exceeds usual gym hour. I got opportunity to meet and motivated by professional body builders as well as national champions .

I have been going to this gym for the last one year now. Also i had the privilege to get PT like Subish who really helped me attain my fitness goals. The amount of practical knowledge apart from theoretical is worth a mention. I was guided by him in terms of exercise and diet as well.

Best thing about the gym is how the trainers are well behaved and they really become your friends after some time. The interaction and bonding we shared was not restricted to professional level but was also personal.They motivate you and support in every way possible. Sometimes even my PT used to workout with me which really helps you in witnessing correct form and motivates you to lift more.

Overall a very good and friendly gym.

I'm a doctor and the gym has some of the best trainers who will put in everything they have, their time and blood to make sure that your body and lifestyle becomes better. I'm saying this because the two lead trainers there, an award winning bodybuilder, Mr Subeesh and Mr Sinu, spent all their time to literally build my body back up. No gimmicks at all, they're all about blood, sweat and tears to make sure you become the best version of yourself.

I joined EFC for a very short period of about a month during my vacation visit in Kochi. It is a great place provided with all the necessary training equipments and well trained staff. The manager Mr. Subish is a great mentor and trainer. Had a great month of workout. Haven't been able to find similar trainer or environment in any other gym since then. Anyone living nearby Panampilly nagar or kadavanthra should join it. Its the best I can assure. Apart from the best equipment you get the best of services. Its fully air-conditioned and a great workout area. Subish sir understands Hindi too was something that I can rate as plus one for me.
p.s. do get a selfie clicked in front of that Hulk wall painting. It's the highlight.!! Trust me😉
