I want to specifically mention about their service and hospitality.
From 9 years, we visit this and only this shop for our kitchen needs. The quality is of course good, but I and impressed by the co operation of this store manager. He is very cooperative and humble, and is eager to show you the variety according to your taste. He shows whatever is displayed, and if we didn't like them all, he patiently listens to the kind of product we are interested in, and he takes an effort to show it from his store room too. They have good business ethics, which attracts customers. Would definitely recommend this store for all your Prestige needs.0

The store person explained the product and the same was purchased without any second thought .
This store doesn't close for lunch hrs I had to mention this because Siddhartha layout prestige shop closes for lunch but they didn't open even after 4PM .

Very knowledgeable staff, they don't push products nor they hurry to make a sale, I spent almost 1hour to buy a chimney and stove, the staff explained every single detail, I went thrice to the store , every time he explained the offer, product detail in depth without losing patience, answered every single doubt of my wife, they gave good discount for my old stove. they helped me to buy the chimney that suited the most in our kitchen. They helped me coordinate with the service people for fixing the chimney, overall great service. Very happy with the service.

I got very good service from Prestige Smart Kitchen. The shop has all products of Prestige and they provide genuine exchange offers.
The shop is on the first floor of Purvika. PSK is not visible from the road because of its height while driving a car. Even the stairs to the shop is also not prominently visible. A sign board outside the staircase entrance may attract more business.

Overall it was good. They currently have pretty good exchange offers. But the shop is not properly visible during night.
