Mary Lena was an absolute gem at the hospital. She was our senior buddy assigned as my dad was in a wheel chair. From ensuring that he gets to see all doctors on time to making sure all his bills were paid and documentation was in place. We were new to this hospital and Lena’s help was invaluable. I hope she is appreciated by the hospital authorities.

The hospital experience was nice . I liked it . The one who in the emergency department Mr Nahas was nice . All the others are also nice

Well established and well maintained staff. All are well mannered and i would highly appreciate the patience of the all the nurses especially in the paediatric ward. Very polite and caring at the time of vaccination. The doctors are very experienced and the best treatment you ever get. I appreciate Dr. Jose Paul. He’s one of the best paediatrician. Thank you Aster med city for all your support and care. I had my surgery and delivery there. One of the best hospitals i’ve ever seen in my entire life. So i highly recommend everyone.

Recently visited ASTER for a platinum health check up, Mrs. Jemin from WELLNESS department was good in coordinating the entire Process from check in to the end.The staff and doctors from various departments was courteous, helpful and very attentive. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for some similar services.

لقد قمت بعمل فحوصات فالمستشفى ولكن من السيئ جداً عدم توفير مترجم خاص بالمشفى ف بعض المترجمين من خارج المشفى ليسو امينين وليسو صادقين مما يؤدي الى استغلل المريض مادياً و ايضاً اتمنى من إداره المستشفى عدم الاخلال بسمعه المستشفى من خلال تعامل بعض الموظفين بطريقه غير قانونيه
