International Fitness Gym

The most striking part of this gym is Mr. Amal. He is the most dedicated, sincere, and knowledgeable trainer I have ever met. He focuses on form and quality over quantity and how to work out injury-free. You will get an excellent education in weight training working with Amal.

This is a gym that is truly functional and has all the necessary equipment to build and sustain a good and healthy body. The equipment is well maintained, and I have never encountered a "breakdown." The fees are affordable, and so is personal training. The crowd in the gym is mainly from the Navy and Shipyard, and they are so lovely to work with. Overall, I would highly recommend this gym.
