One of the great Gyms in Kochi. Equipments are fine and the mood is fantastic. You will get personal trainers there if needed even though a bit costly affair. Sometimes parking is a problem there for cars. Bike parking space is ok. Bathrooms with hot water facility, steam bath, massaging rooms, locker etc available.

Great trainers and staff. Enjoyed working out here. Trainers here make things easier for first timers and hence the chance of drop out in between is low. All and all a good place for work out and staying healthy.

THE best thing about this Gym is there Staff. Excellent trainers and staff. Been a member since 8 months now and have lost nearly 12kgs.

thanks for the wonderful experience.am a member of talwalkars ,cochin .i joined for a bridal package for six months,and the result was amazing.i could'nt believe that i can loose this much kgs in a short time.i got relevant support from my trainers.thnk u talwalkars cochin for supporting me.
