I had a wonderful experience with Futureace hospital. Well maintained, best services and also the best staff. Every one that we were meeting there was friendly including the doctors. They are providing face to face services for every patient there.

* Staff: Starting from the security , front reception ,staff nurses , OT staff PRO (Ms Ramya ) Jr doctors were friendly, efficient, and attentive to my needs. They ensured that I was comfortable and well-informed throughout the entire process, addressing any concerns or questions I had.
* Special mention to staff RN Binu
Ms Binu's dedication and expertise made a significant difference in my hospital stay. Her commitment to providing high-quality care and support truly sets her apart as an exceptional nurse. I am grateful for the opportunity to have had her as my caregiver and would highly recommend her to other.

I had the pleasure of having Dr. Shaheem perform surgery on me . He is an outstanding surgeon. His expertise and care were evident throughout the entire process, and I am grateful for the life-changing treatment he provided. Dr. Shaheem's dedication to his patients' well-being and outcomes is truly remarkable, and I felt confident and comfortable in his care. Dr. Ansar provided exceptional care as my anesthesiologist, ensuring a comfortable and pain-free experience during my procedure. I came to futureace hospital for a checkup for my mother which was referred by my Friend Mymoona. The hospital was clean and it never felt like a normal hospital. There was no rush no noise at all and the place was perfectly kept well. The staff behaviour needs great appreciation from the reception till we did the consultation. I have booked for the Freedom Package offered by Futureace at a cost of 2400 , which was so cost effective and the service provided by staff were awesome. The test results came in no time and the consultation happened on the same day . I was really happy !!!

Service was excellent and the doctor and nurses were very helpful. Came for an IV and the behaviour of each and every staffs from the front office was beyond my expectations. Finally the bill and it was unbelievable. The bill was very low as compared to other multi speciality hospital. The hospital was very clean. One of the best hospital in kochi.
