A great gym with a reasonable fees of just 700/- monthly. The trainer also is a very nice guy he guides for workouts and really helps out. A good set of equipments for every workout. Definitely recommend it. A good ambience too

Gym has almost all non electrical equipments and if you wish to have a personal trainer (which I recommend) they will take care of body and diet maintenance.

Personal attention that you are giving to everyone is really appreciative. I have been to other gyms before but never got an impressive training like yours. This is the best unisex gym I have ever seen. Equal and impartial consideration is given to all the genders. It is for both men and women and has expirienced trainer. Should try out this place!!! Our trainer Sanu VP is a bodybuilder who participated in AFBB championship also adds pump to it.

Good, spacious, multi gym facility at karukappally junction. Personal trainer is there. Standard machineries. Its on the top floor and are not AC. So you can get enough air.
