Very good hospital and professionally good service from the doctors. I am hereby expressing our sincere gratitude towards the entire Hospital faculties, especially the well experienced Dr Sasikala Mam and the pediatricians, Dr Poulose and Dr Saritha for the treatment given by them for my second child’s birth. I am highly impressed at the treatment we have received starting from the entrance at reception. The hospital atmosphere is like a home and I was really sure that we are in safe hands from the first day we went to consult Dr. Sasikala V Prabhu. All the facilities are very good and nursing staff’s love and care made us comfortable in all aspects and we felt that we are in our home. My family is really obliged to the nursing staffs for their remarkable and appreciable post pregnancy treatment and care given to my wife and baby. The reception staffs , PRO , lab and the pharmacy staffs are good at their responsibilities providing good services. We would like to recommend this hospital to others and keep up the good work.

Pregnancy is not a single day journey. A journey which takes u step by step and prepare emotionally and mentally. From first visit to delivery day, we never felt that we were going to some clinic or Hospital. It's a very homely Place. Dr. Sashikala mam is not just a gyne but a goddess. The way she looks at you, the way she talks to you is very comfortable and calming.
The staff - Top to bottom, all are humble, helpful and cooperative. Everyone has a smiling face,even the guards and cleaning staff are also kind.
Nurses - All are too good. The patience level is very high. They helped me a lot to sync with the baby for feeding.
Paediatricians - Dr Poulose and Dr. Saritha are very experienced and nice. The entire team of Akshaya is wonderful and best.

We are exceptionally pleased with the services provided by the Akshaya team. Firstly, I consider myself fortunate to have Dr. Sashikala as my gynecologist during my first pregnancy. Her frequent assistance was invaluable throughout this journey. The nurses and hospital staff were not only polite but also well-mannered, creating a welcoming and homely atmosphere that alleviated any tension.

One aspect that pleasantly surprised me was the billing process. Unlike most hospitals that require payment upfront, at Akshaya, all bills were settled after discharge. This customer-friendly approach was much appreciated.
