CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA - SHAHDARA Branch

We proud of our central Bank of India .

- Easy to find out.
- It is not near to metro Station. Nearest metro station Shahdara (Red line) is at around 500 metres.
- But traffic jam is a real problem to reach here.
- Parking space is not enough.
- Very helpful staff.
- I often found very less crowd here as compare to other banks in this locality.
- 2 PM to 2:30 PM is lunch time so adjust your visit accordingly.

Shahdara’s branch is Worst. No staff guide customers. Dhiraj is very bad and don’t work. Half of the time he will on phone and doing personal work. He will simply send back locker agreement form. After visiting 4-5 days finally he is ready to look all documents and takes 2 hour to complete locker agreement form for my parents( sr citizen).

Useless Manager and Staff. No body want to work. Worst of my experience with any bank so far. FD with nomination has taken 2 months and still pending, inspite of repeated visit to branch and contacting branch manager also.

Minus rating must be given if possible. No responsible person is working there. Typical govt. attitude they carry. If you delete mobile app of central bank then you need to visit the Home Branch again and they can't provide you Internet banking easily. They want multiple forms to be filled because they don't find the form I guess they throw in the dustbin so that they don't need to update. No form no updation and they don't bother about the circumstances of anyone. Worst experience!!!
