During my recent stay at palette Resort, I was truly amazed by the unmatched hospitality and exceptional customer service provided by their staff. From the moment I stepped into the resort until my departure, the team went above and beyond to ensure a memorable experience. The staff members at Vagamon Resort were not only professional but also genuinely warm and welcoming.

One of the best stay in vagamon (Casa Oliv) Must try for its private glass balcony..Perfect view from balcony as well as private stay.Care taker helps us well. Would like to give 5* for its osm stay for superb view.Mainly thanks to Vjeesh bro for giving this type of resort for us.He helped us throughout the journey.Breakfast is complement(appam, puttu and idiyappam).All facilities available in resort like heater wifi music system towel etc.if you like to visit vagamon kindly try casa oliv you will have an osm experience with your friends or family.

Very good experiance with mr vijeesh. He was there to help from the beginning to the end picking up the calls even when its late, suggesting the best stays in munnar and giving proper guidance so that we will have the best stay in munnar. If you are planning for a trip in munnar or any places in kerala i would definitely suggest mr vijeesh and explore adventures and camps.

If you travel to Munnar, and your choice is a homestay…This will be the best choice. Nice location, good rooms, good hospitality are the specialties. This is defenitely a home away from home. Highly recommended.

A wonderful experience we had with this EXPLORE ADVENTURES AND CAMPS.. I got them through Instagram.. such a patient person who has sent me plenty of resorts and cottages till we were ready to choose one from that...and the best part was every cottage he showed was the BEST... We did not know which one to select.... I would say best BUDGET FRIENDLY resorts and cottages he has ...He had contact with us till the end of the trip to make us feel comfortable. At first we saw the review of the particular cottage which we booked ... And the review was too bad by some people.. and there happened I immediately called him and asked about it... But Mr. vijeesh was very patient to explain what's the issue and why they have posted like this and he was like 100 percent guaranteed that it would be a beautiful place.
As per his advice....apart from all the negative reviews.... IT WAS SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PLACE... You could see a wonderful scenery through the bedroom window... And a mesmerizing waterfalls from the roof top and also this resort is located at the foot of a small hill and the entire place was breathtaking....

Mountain Dew Villa is beautiful & the view from the villa even more mesmerizing. It is a perfect spot of nice ambience & positive vibes. The time from we booked this villa, the owners & Mr. Vijeesh were guiding throughout. Spacious & well furnished rooms, clean bathrooms with all toiletries, homily atmosphere, privacy 💯, pet friendly 🐾. Caretaker is very friendly during our stay & helped us in BBQ & Campfire 🔥. Food was tasty & prices are reasonable. Recommending for group of friends/Upto 4 families.
