Good hospital with best services with in their limited space. Firstly I thankful to the team who leads the administration. Very supportive in all sense. Rates are in budget even this hospital is situated in the heart of the city-metro. My Brother admitted in this hospital for a medical treatment. Department managers are visited my room on a daily basis. It is a great support for patients. My brother admitted here for 6 days. Highly recommended hospital for their valuable support.

Visited with chest infection last time I was in Kerala as this was the closest hospital to my house. I was glad I did as the service was impressive. Doctor appointment was quick and the nurses and other staff were incredibly polite and helpful. Happy that I made the right decision by going to Lakshmi hospital.

Exceptional service and hospitality had been provided by the staff , nurses and doctors of gynaecology department at Lakshmi Hospital. Right from my first scanning till the final discharge, I have received full fledged support from the nurses and doctors. Adequate knowledge regarding each phases of pregnancy was provided to me. I was under the consultation of Dr. Sreelatha Warrier. She and her team had provided exceptional support, both emotionally and physically, helping me in bringing our little angel to this world. The administration is also superb. They used to visit us in our room on a daily basis seeking our comfort and providing the much needed guidance and tips for betterment of both mother and child. Good service 24 hours. One among the best hospitals in Cochin for gynaecology and paediatrics. When my son had an accident and blood from his teeth at night. But i can't get dentist at that time. So i went to lakshmi hospital casualty my son got good treatment from there and our worries got less.

I would like to provide a review for the services I received at this facility. The overall experience was positive, with excellent services provided by a cooperative and attentive staff. The cleanliness of the facility was well-maintained, which added to the pleasant environment.

Dr. Abraham George and his team were exceptional in their care and expertise. Their professionalism and training were evident throughout my visit. The nursing staff also deserves recognition for their kindness towards both patients and their relatives.

I would like to express my gratitude to the USG team for their support and exceptional service. They were consistently polite and supportive, making my wife's experience more comfortable and reassuring.

However, I would like to highlight a couple of areas that require improvement. Firstly, there is a need for better coordination within the team responsible for blood sample collection. During my visit, they missed a recommended test, which was disappointing. Addressing this issue and enhancing their coordination would greatly improve the overall service.

Secondly, there is room for improvement in the reception team's ability to provide accurate directions. On occasion, they directed us incorrectly, causing difficulties for elderly individuals and those with limited resources. Clear and accurate directions, especially for those in vulnerable situations, are essential and should be a priority.

I had my second delivery in Lakshmi hospital in Feb 2023 and I must say that the services rendered by the doctors and nurses was exemplary. Dr. Sreelatha Warrier with her able team made me very comfortable during the entire journey of pregnancy and delivery. I felt I was in safe hands with dedicated nursing staff who gave plenty of physical and emotional support during delivery. My husband was also by my side till the last stage of labour. The delivery rooms were comfortable and post delivery care was excellent. I was given instructions on how to take care postpartum with exercises to be done each week by the physio team. All in all, every aspect of pregnancy, postpartum and new born health were taken care of. Five stars from me!
