We booked a 07 day Hong Kong and Macau holiday tour package with Lumiere Holidays in Kochin. I wish to put this on records that it was a very well organized tour and all of us have comeback from Hong Kong with satisfaction that we made a right choice in Lumiere Holidays to arrange our trip to Hong Kong Macau.The package included visits to all important tourist points, breakfast at hotel and Indian dinner at Indian restaurants. Everything was planned in great details with visit to Macau, Disneyland, Ocean park and Hong Kong City besides other important sightseeings at all the places.

Preparation for our trip was made easy, for Lumiere Holidays arranged for air tickets, ferry ride, medical insurance, hotels, meals and activities. After confirmations the detailed briefing sheet with all useful information and time wise detailed itinerary, emergency numbers were a great help. Before departure from India we were communicating with Mr Rahul, he is very prompt and polite and answered our queries many times via email and phone.

After reaching Hong Kong our driver and guide were incharge, both were very friendly and helpful. They not only showed us all important places in Hong Kong but also were great help for small things like local sim card for our phones, advise about eating places and shopping deals.

We always felt at ease during the tour for we were really in good company. We have collected many good memories during our Hong Kong holiday and we are thankful to Lumiere Holidays for the same. Best Regards.

An awesome tour experience with these guys. We took a Bangkok, Phuket, phi phi island package with the team and the package that they have provided was awesome. Cost effective and great service by these guys. Any time you need a support, just send them a whatsapp message or call them, we immediately get a call from them. Wherever you are and whatever the time is. Also a team of experts who knows how to handle things very well, professional and very supportive. And the vehicles arranged were all fortuners all on time and the drivers were all professional and supportive. Great job team. Next trip that I do, domestic or international is with u guys for sure.
