This gym offers exceptional quality with a wide range of equipment and amenities suitable for both beginners and experienced individuals. I have been supported by Coach Jithu, the Fitness Coach . He is very friendly and he motivated me to come out of my comfort zone . He is also very knowledgeable . I am a beginner and he gave me a special care and attention and supported me through out my gym session . I highly recommend this gym to others seeking a supportive and effective fitness environment

This place helped me achieve the best form and flexibility I ever had in my life. They would have turned me into a beast only if I could continue there but my bad, I had to leave Ernakulam due to my work. If I come back to Ernakulam Title would be the only gym I'll go to. The trainer Sudheesh Bhai is very friendly ane supportive. Will miss you Title!

Definitely one of the best fitness center in Kochi. The trainers are all well qualified especially coach Jithu, is very friendly, supportive and knowledgeable.The best part is the health guidance and the flexible timing. Its not just a gym where you go pick dumbbells and sweat, they offer different fitness activities. Hats off to the team and management for this wonderful thought on fitness and special appreciation on the cleanliness part. Kudos:)

This club deserves more than just 5 stars. I live and work in London and here on a 6 month break. In my search for a decent gym in kochi I came across Title by chance and had the privilege of witnessing a fitness revolution as the workout session were a mixture of boxing, HIIT and flexibility training at its best. Having been to various gyms and clubs across London, I can say without a doubt that this club is second to none. The owner Mr. Vinod is an amazing teacher and a fitness guru. He understands the fitness levels of each person and tailors the sessions accordingly. Title boxing club is not just another fitness gym but truly a fitness gem of Kochi.

I've been a regular at this gym for past 4 months. Daily group cardio/boxing sessions are great if you are starting out. They have excellent trainers who are friendly and motivating. Overall a rewarding experience so far.
