I've been going to Fitness 4 Ever (Thrikkakara) from the last 6 months.The reviews provided below are purely based on my personal experience
1) Staffs are polite and helpful.
2) Trainers have good knowledge and are supportive.
3) Gym is little cramped as far as space is concerned however it has adequate equipments essential for your body transformation.
4) Equipments are well maintained and overall hygiene inside the Gym is good.

Training here for last one year under Mr. Sreejith. He helped me to achieve fit ess. He created workout schedules at my comfortable time and also very friendly person.

Been here for the last 4 months, the gym is well equipped and has a great environment. The trainers here are very supportive and friendly towards their clients.They also provide diet and workout plans. I would recommend this gym for those in need for fitness.👍

Been coming here more than a month now and I'm really enjoying it. Hygienic place with friendly staff. Good equipment as well. My main objective is fat loss and I had started to workout after a long gap. However, my personal trainer (Mr Sreejith) understood my level and ensures that I'm able to get my workout done in the best possible way. Best investment I've made this year.

Great place to workout. Follows good hygiene measures by cleaning in frequent intervals. The trainers are very friendly and knowledgeable, especially Mr Sreejith. He gives good advice and helps with workout and guides us. Even if you are an amateur, you will feel at ease.

I joined there as part of ACL rehab and it was only fitness centre near me which was easily accessible because of my surgery. I joined there post 2 months of surgery and only few steps to climb to reach there. Also I am thankful for the trainers who supported me as I was in a situation, even cannot climb a cycle without ones support. I am writing this review after 3 months of training. Thank you.

Fitness4Ever Earth is a great place to work out, very clean and a wonderful positive environment . Friendly staff and great trainers. I have been working out here more than 2 years and its been a wonderful experience. Kishore is my personal trainer and he is a great coach who motivates and encourages everyone to do their best. Kishore ensures that I get the best output from the workout by carrying out a mix of strength training, aerobics and floor exercise. I start my day with my exercise at Fitness4Ever Earth and my day is filled with a lot of positivity. Thank you team !!!.

Absolutely brilliant Personal Trainer. Really encouraging and accommodating , Sreejith is so easy to get along with, friendly and approachable which is exactly what I was looking for. He works around my limitations but still somehow manages to push me.
