Good option for business trip peoples. Located in SRM road, Near north railway station. Walkable distance from Townhall (Lissy) metro station. I booked a room for one day stay. Reception is good & Rooms are not up to the level. Washroom is clean. Bed covers & Foot mat is not in a hygienic mode.
Check in & Check out time - 12PM to 11AM.
If any urgent or necessary then they will extend this timing up to 2PM.
Affordable price (you can choose breakfast or if not required then they will reduce the booking amount.)
Room service available for food & other requirement.

Nice and clean rooms. The only issue is it's situated in the city and crowded. Worth it if you want to stay for 1-2 days. The good thing is that the Metro station is very near.

Best hotel ever I have visited so much star hotels like 5 star and 4 star hotels but this is the best hotel ever really a good hotel food is so good and rooms are very neat and clean very kind staff and friendly hotel located near metro and railways station 5 minutes to go lulu mall and 25 mins to go wonderla really good hotel best ever !! The Dunes Continental is located close to Lissie Metro and Ernakulam Railway station.
The hotel has ample parking space and the front desk has two sections - visiting area with a wonderful ambience. The reception area has comfortable seating spaces with newspaper and magazine section. The front desk staff are very much courteous. I stayed at their property with 30 friends of mine. We had a wonderful stay here at TDC. The room service was prompt and dedicated. They helped us in shifting all our luggages quickly responded to all our needs at even odd times. The rooms are well-appointed, clean and decent.

Had a great time. The attitude of the staff needs special mention.. They are really very caring. Great ambience, great service, very well kept rooms.. Iam happy to recommend my friends and relatives

Very happy with this hotel. The staff was helpful and spoke English, the room was clean and the breakfast had warm food and fruit.
Would stay here again. It’s 30 meters away from the metro which is very helpful.

Location is best, it is just opposite to town hall metro station. Everything is nearby only, from lulu mall to MG road.

The decent place with a luxury vibes.. rooms were neat and clean..the staff's co operation makes you give an extra star. Room service was upto the mark.. talking about food, options were less and for pure vegans it's a bit problem but otherwise, it's a good hotel you can book without 2nd thought under a budget.

Lovely hotel in kochi as well as great staff. The staff tries to accommodate all your needs to ensure a comfortable stay. Just ask for what you want or need. They will take care of it. The restaurant is wonderful. They have mainly traditional indian food that native to Kerala. It is spicy but can me made to your liking. I had an amazing time.

Unlike some of the posts I’ve read in other places, I found the dunes continental to be clean, inviting and downright classic, The staff was very friendly and consistently making sure I was comfortable. I will definitely stay there when I come back!

Nice Hotel. Rooms are good. Staff is cooparative.
Hotel is just near Ernakulam Town Railway Station. There is a Metro Station also in front of the hotel.
Food and Restaurant is also good.

I have one suggestion to the management: The drivers of the Tourists' Vehicles drive a long way from various places with us. There should be a common room for drivers with facilities like bed, washroom, toilet, etc so that they can get a peaceful sleep.

Spacious and so clean and neat rooms. Food taste is amazing. Service is also very nice.

Hotel is in prime location and those who want to explore local cuisines, there are plenty of options nearby.

Hotel is renovated, and centralised AC is available for a nominal cost.

The room tariff is quite low when comparing with such other places.

Acess to metro and railway station and bus stands is an added advantage.

Very nice hotel with good and spacious rooms. The best part is it is situated just opposite the Kochi Metro station from where you can take metro to Lulu Mall or other destinations. Getting a Uber is also fairly easy durinf anytime of the day. They allow food delivery as well. Its quite near to the Ernakulam Jn. as well.

I came to attend an interview. Looks good overall. Sufficient parking facility available in the front. Basement parking facility is also available.

Good hotel. Near to Town hall metro station and ernakulam town railway station. Easy accesible and situated in heart of the city. Had a good stay and good food
