Amazing service, all the staffs are great and so helpful. Food taste great. Lisa from reception is so friendly and helpful. Her smile is genuine. All food and beverage staffs are so kind. Over all its just nothing less than a 5star property. Thanks to IbIS Cochin for making my stay memorable.

It's wonderful that I found Mr. Sai, the Duty Manager, to be multi-talented and passionate about his work. It's always nice when hotel staff make you feel at home, especially when you're away from your own hometown. I'm glad i found the room size suitable for 2 adults and it's wonderful that I found Mr.Sujith from the guest services were helpful. Additionally, it's great that they explained their membership program to me and that i received extra benefits from my stay. The Rooms are small i mean very small.
Smoking rooms are enough hygienic.
Food option is limited but good enough.
Breakfast is amazing.
The lift stops at the reception floor on default.
Overall good and comfortable stay.

The hotel is a good choice for stop over, solo travellers and for business ppl. Well equipped and good breakfast. Also safe place to stay and in prime location. We had a pleasant stay with family and staff were cooperative and helpful.

I came for work and stayed at Ibis Kochi City Centre for 4 days. The hotel is very clean and has all the facilities available. The best part about this hotel are the staff and service - the best I’ve ever experienced. I’ve had work from 6 in the morning and returned back to the hotel around 10-11pm daily. Their restaurant closes by 10:30pm but they were super accommodating to the request. The menu is really delicious. I had a sprained and swollen feet on Day 1 and they rushed to get me medicine at 2am. They really have set the benchmark in hospitality servicing.
