I have been taking my Honda city for servicing here for 3 times now. The overall experience is quite good. I get regular reminder call when service is due and they suggest the days when it’s not too busy. And after service the vehicle is given on time. Overall cost looks ok and was always around the quote they gives in morning. Car’s starter motor had gone bad sometime back and although it was covered in extended warranty, some other service centers were not so interested to replace it !! But when I went here they said stock is not available. They will order and will call me once it’s available. After couple of weeks I got the call that the part is ready and asked to bring the car. They replaced the motor same day and no labour charge was added since it’s part of extended warranty. Overall very satisfied with their professionalism and Customer friendly behaviour and will definitely recommend them for the service

Went there for an SOS requirement for my Engine Guard, during the passage of a long journey. The Security Guard quickly alerted the Service Advisor, the Front Desk executive was very polite and made us comfortable.

Muneer the Service Advisor, attended to the problem, diagnosed it quickly, identified a quick solution and got it executed immediately inside the workshop. All in less than 20 minutes. Excellent approach and dedication.

The front desk executive also made the waiting family feel comfortable in the waiting lounge.

I am glad that I am a customer of 18 years with Honda. Vision Honda service centre made me value this association more.

Very good ambience and very friendly staff

I just purchased a 2021 Honda Amaze VX from vision Honda Kochi and It was the best car buying experience I had. The whole process was customer focused, engaged and transparent.
