Super clean hospital and rooms. All doctors, nurses and support staff are super helpful and friendly. Been here quite a few times for various reasons and never had any issues. The canteen is very good too. Good and healthy food on time can be delivered to the rooms or can be available in the canteen premises.

Excellent service! Doctors, Nursing staff, every other supporting staff of the hospital - all are very quick and responsive. Doctors are giving good care/consideration to the patient. They show that patience and keenness in listening to our issues. Also, we neednt wait long at reception, or for meeting a doctor or at the pharmacy. The whole system is quick and well organized. The hospital is also very neat and tidy. We are highly satisfied with the hospitality, services and facilities provided at Welcare.

Great experience ,I Stayed here for a pregnancy treatment . The rooms were very clean and Over all Excellent service. The one thing which i would highlight that had an excellent doctor support and nursing assistance. Dr. Lakshmi and Dr Sherly given us a an excellent support which is more than my expectation. Clean and safe hospital atmosphere.Doctors and staffs are very friendly and approachable especially Dr Biji Bahuleyan sir.Their team works make the patient comfortable and confident.

I felt like Welcare wasn't greedy compared to my experience with Indira Gandhi Cooperative, Kadavanthra. I had a right shoulder movement issue and the Ortho @ IGC advised an MRI (costing to about 7k). Since their MRI department was new, I had doubts that they were trying to squeeze money from the clients. Thats when I visited Welcare, Dr. Babu diagnosed me (220₹ consultation charges) and advised me only physiotherapy was needed. I was asked to meet Dr. Sangeeth (Physio @ Welcare). He was super friendly and suggested me the excercises and stretches I had to perform to get this solved (I had visited the physio only twice to get to know the stretches I had to perform. After a good 2 weeks of physiotherapy, my right shoulder movement has imroved drastically! All this was done for a mere 660₹. I'm so glad I took a second opinion.

Very good caring from thr doctor and labur room and other nursing staff. Felt homely atmosphere. Professionally maintained and managed.

My mother was admitted under Dr Nijt. It was an excellent experience.Very dedicated team. Dr Nijt appriach is outstanding. We never feel any discomfort with Dr Nijt. We feel like a family member. Excellent nursing care. 9th floor nurses are Superb!!. Now we can see a great change in this hospital compare to my previous eexperience.Food is very tasty.

I highly recommend urologist Dr. Dinesh for circumcisions.

Rooms are nice (you need to bring bar soap and your own towels though).

They take you from the room to the operating theater on beds, no walking required.

Dr.Joseph Philip is really the one reason I had enough trust to admit my husband here. And he came through again, making sure to get us information of an important test result even after hours.
We were so worried and this one act mattered so much!

Welcare Hospital has excellent doctors and nurses. The hospital has excellent and advanced facilities and well trained technicians. While I was an inpatient at WCH I received excellent care and I thank all the doctors, nurses and other staff for their support.

Have been to many hospitals, but this hospital is a saver.... I went with a stroke patient. Dr jacob, is an excellent doc, the cardio doc, I forgot the name ( m sorry doc!!)
Very skilled doctors and the attitude that they treat the patients is more human.... Unlike some hospitals. They don't treat people as a money making tree, their diagnosis is satisfactory, as well as the most beautiful part is that they try to lessen the medicines so that the patients can afford to be healthy rather than being on medication for their whole life.

Patient was admitted, he was taken care so well.... If it's a grapevine system, everyone does their job really well like it's their responsibility not their job.

Mr shabbeer from the international counter, he did an excellent job on taking care of all the things possibly in his hands... I appreciate your hard work. His interaction and the way he have handled things can't be better than this...

Your kindness, sincere caring, and concern make everything better… this my honest review … I was very comfortable before and after the procedure and the hospital amenities and staffs each and everything was really good… hospital is well maintained .. all are very quick and responsive..
My only suggestion is to improve their insurance section that the only drawback I,ve noticed

We had really a good experience at Welcare hospital. I was 38 week pregnant & my csection was planned that week. But due to water breakage we had to hurry to hospital at midnight. The situation was smoothly handled by all the department. My Gynec Indu Ma’am reached on time & within 1 hour delivery was completed & got a healthy baby. Extremely thankful to Indu ma’am, srilakshmi maam , anesthetist Levina Ma’am who gave me full mental support to overcome my anxiety. Nursing staff were extremely supportive in the post surgery care unit & also in the hospital room. Thanks to paediatric wing for taking care of baby.
Food is something which need a special mention, it was very good & tasted homely food. All other room services were also taken care well. Over all the service was excellent & will recommend to friends & family. Thanks Welcare team!!!!

I had a very pleasing and satisfying experience with welcare hospital and the department of obstetrics and gynaecology. My pregnancy and birthing experience was smooth and tension free and one experience that i always will cherish. It would not have been possible with my doctor DR. Divya. She has been very supportive and cool, always available a call away for all my queries and worries. I am always thankful to her and will suggest her without doubt to anyone seeking gynaecological help.All the staff from gynaecology department especially the labour room staff also were very kind and supportive.
Overall hospital facilities including the food were commendable.

Very quick, fast response. Doctors speak good english, non malayalees can consult the doctors without any issues.
