Hotel South Regency

I had a little bit confusion of finding the hotel.... That's it.
The room was amazing. Well maintained and nice staffs.
Very quiet place that makes you feel relaxed. I got king bed. A bed that makes you feel like heaven...

Great location and nice clean rooms.
Food is very tasty and staff helped with special food request for my baby.

Charged Rs. 2500/- for Double Bed AC.. Its worth for money.. opp: to ERS railways station. its really 3 star hotel and 24 hours hot water available, rooms are very neat and clean. front desk very friendly approach

Very clean and very good hotel. Room is spacious.
The restaurant has buffet system. But today it was so heavy rush that I couldn't get space to sit and have my breakfast!

Extremely Satisfied with this Hotel. We had a Group booking and the Arrangement and Hospitality were at it’s best. Highly recommend this Hotel to everyone especially for those who are looking for a hotel near the Railway Station.

Located very next to the Railway station and can be access easily. It’s a great hotel to stay. Night reception staff were very friendly & welcoming but the Morning staff at the reception were lame. Standing with a very sad & dull look, no greetings, no smiles, and not even a single word during the checkout.. when I said thank you, they only nod their head. Certainly not a good faces to start a day. Hope Management will unmute them soon :).. Other than that the breakfast, restaurant staff & night receptionists were great. overall good hotel.

I am really taken up by the services provided by hotel people. Rooms are good and priced reasonably. What is really convenient for me is the location of the hotel. Not only for me but also all the travelling people. The hotel has a multi cuisine restaurant and the food is very tasty. I appreciate the hotel people for their helpfulness and service minded behaviour. The nearby areas of this hotel is always on. South railway station and south metro station is opposite to this hotel which makes the transportation easier. I recommend this hotel for travellers. Excellent!!! What a pleasant stay it was. I was really impressed with the spotless ambience. We did have breakfast, Lunch there which gave us good experience. All the employees were so helpful and provided great care. Really enjoyed. 👍🥰

Lovely hotel with amazing staffs who always go beyond to make us comfortable and always happy to help. Rooms are good and priced reasonably which was really helpful for budget travelers. Also the location which helps to access different places in kochi. Metro station and South railway stations are very close by the hotel.

Perfect Location. 1 min walking distance from Ernakulam Railway station and South Ernakulam metro station. 1 km from KSRTC bus stand. Room is very clean and having big space. Recommended for staying.

Good hotel, good service, nice breakfast... room size is good. overall value for money In terms of maintenance, breakfast and service. Reception staff are very helpfull and supportive regarding booking or any other help.

Being beside the South Railway station , so clean and well spacious rooms. All facilities are Stone throw distance. Management well behaved and o have stayed many times here in the past.

First of all great thanks to the entire hotel team. The staffs are very accommodating and helpful. I must really say about the hotel location. This hotel is just located opposite to South Railway Station and Ernakulam South metro station. This is really an advantage for the people who travel. Plus the metro helps to go around the city at cheaper price with awesome comfortability. The ksrtc bus station is also near to the hotel only walkable distance. Overall great experience with the hotel and will surely recommend to my friend s and family members.

Located very near to railway and metro. Very helpful and friendly staff especially GM who is ready to help in all ways possible, rooms are clean and neat, reasonable price, good restaurant in ground floor. Keep it up.

I am regularly staying this hotel past 1 and half year. Property is excellent, location is ideal, staff is very humble cleanliness is to next level. This is best hotel for business as well as family stay and very affordable. Highly recommend 🙂

The stay was superb experience. Near to ERS Railway station and Metro station. Receptionist are so kind and friendly. They helped us in sight seeing ideas which are all nearer and good to visit. Food was good and neat.

Very nice place to stay. Especially cleanliness... really appreciated. Easy access to Kochi Metro and South Railway station. If I coming to Cochin next time definitely I would select South Regency only👍.

Very clean hotel and rooms. Perfect place to stay with family in case you are planning to take a train from ERS. Staff is also simple and always smiling.

The rooms are very clean. It takes hardly a couple of minutes of walk to reach the station.👍
