One of the finest hotels in cochin . Management has taken due care to refurbish the hotel . Its different from when i came in 2021.and last later on 2022 . Room is much more cleaner . Especially linen , bedsheets etc looks fresh and new . It is in a prestigious location . Now i am here again . It feels nostalgic each time .. so this time i leave a review

Sharing our comfortable stay in your Residence near the sea view, is a awesome experience to share.Ambience was so admirable with soothing atmosphere. Overall the service was great and friendly approachable. Moreover, food was delicious . Enjoyed the flavours of multiple cuisines under one roof must be a classic experience.

Once we visited here. This is very place for party. There is buffet system. We enjoyed it a lots. We did very fun here. You can visit with family or without family. Drink also available here. All kind of party and fun you can do here. It is located at a very nice location. Staff is also supporting and kind behaviour. Food is cooked well and serve in a manner.

Room and food was good, tub was provided in bathroom it was great experience

Used the hotel as a stop over for an onward journey for few hours with family. Rooms are old but very big but excellently clean.
Staff and the service is remarkably good.

The hotel also shares the building with a pub in its premises.

The fly high experience was great. We had an absolute blast. The ambience, music and of course the service was warm. Will visit this lounge again and recommend to friends. You must visit on a Wednesday. Women's night. ☺..

Complimentary breakfast is not soo good every day same menu, that needs to be changed.

Hotel is in a beautiful and accessible location. The Staff is very polite and they were very warm during my visit. Starting from their welcome at reception, the room service, quality was shown at the minor of the minor things as well.The quality of the food provided was excellent and the menu was quite big.! Overall an affordable yet Luxurious Hotel with polite staff. Kudos to the Management and the Staff.!!

A great place for a quick get together. Sample space at the restaurant. You can separate yourself from the regular customers and hence there is privacy. Parking is not too big, but it is adequate to accommodate regular customers. Food and the service is good. Very cooperative staff.

I loved this place, used to visit here on sundays to have the dinner with family. The quality as such till day was satisfactory. The ambience is really good, recently it has been rennovated, and that has also come out well, but to be frank I loved the old setup.

Stayed here twice. Once with family and once alone. It felt safe to stay there as a single woman traveller. Staff also friendly..,

Very nice decent Hotel. Actually this is a business hotel. Rooms are so good and clean. Location is super, in front you can see the harbour. Hospitality is extremely good. Very good restaurant in 1st floor. BBQ is available in dinner. Food is awesome. Big open parking space. One small fridge is inside the room. If you planning to go Kochi then try this hotel.

I had a buffet dinner from Open flame kitchen at Harbour View Residency. The restaurant had a good ambience. The buffet included a soup, unlimited barbecue, main course and desserts. It was a very good buffet for the price.

One of the top hotel's in kochi..i stayed here more than 4 months not continues. Room services and reception guys are very good. Like to stay here more.Rooms are pretty good.I Recommending that a low budgets visitor can stay here like 3 star facility.swimming pool is not available.

For official visit to cochin we stay in here.. The offer services are good. Hosiptality is very good by all staff. Food is very good and rooms are spacious

Organized my engagement party here. Hall accommodated about 155 guest even though the design capacity is 125 guest. Food quality exceeded expectations.

Opposite Cochin Shipyard - Ravipuram Gate, prominently visible.
Courteous staff, well furnished & cozy rooms, having a small refrigerator & a safe as well. Good housekeeping staff.
Has a restaurant - Open Flame Kitchen, which has a barbecue & serves variety of Veg & Non-Veg food. Complementary breakfast consists of variety of North & South Indian dishes.
Has a Fitness Centre, having Treadmill & Exercise bike.
Had a long stay here & would love to stay here during my next visit. Would recommend others to stay here for any visit to Kochi, esp. Cochin Shipyard.

It's a Good Hotel, Had an overnight stay staff here is courteous and they agreed to extend buffet dinner as we reached late and the breakfast variety and spread was good.
