I recently brought a Tata Harrier 2024 model from this showroom. I was so pleased with the overall experience that i felt i should share this through a review.

At the outset i must say the entire process right from the time I called Malayalam Motors for an enquiry till the time i started using the car was smooth and very satisfying. I had initially placed a cold call to the showroom and the lady who handled the call said that she will get someone to call me back. Honestly, i was not sure if someone will call. However, to my pleasant surprise one Mr George called me promptly and explained to me the features and other basic details via phone and encouraged me to come to the showroom. From then on George was the single point of contact. The good thing about George was that he was very calm, and understanding person. Normally my experience with the Car showroom sales executives was that of pushy kind of characters who would pester till we say we dont want the car or would go all out to somehow sell me the car. However George was very good and not pushy at all.

I went to the showroom with my family and we had a very good experience. George also introduced us to his colleague Mr. Sooraj who helped us with the test drive and alongwith George helped us complete the formalities including the booking.

From then on George and Sooraj were in regular touch to update me of the status of the delivery till the time it was ready. I also had a issue where after the car came, i could not take the delivery immediately. George was very understanding and he made all arrangements so that i can take delivery at a late date.

Even the delivery ceremony was well organized and went smoothly without any hassles. My family thoroughly enjoyed it. After couple of weeks of the delivery, George gave a follow up call and made a home visit to check if all is well with the use of the car. I had few doubts which he promptly cleared.

Overall, i had such a great experience with this purchase through Malayalam Motors and especially George Thomas and Sooraj.

I would highly recommend anyone wanting to buy a Tata car in Kochi to visit this showroom for the same.

I think this is the BEST tata showroom when compared to others in Ernakulam or Thrissur. Also the sales team here was too good to deal with. PS:During the last days of my waiting period, one of the other dealer even offered me Teflon coating and Under body painting for free. But since my vehicle was about to deliver by next day I did not go for a bargain. So be informed about the things you can ask for if you are buying your first car.
