The service was was very unprofessional. I had booked for a railway station pick up. Unfortunately that day train was delayed. I informed the driver. He sounded very helpful when I called to inform and assured me he will be near by,so as soon as I reach Kochu Veli, call him and he will come and pick me.When I called him later to tell I'm near by, he said he got another booking and asked to call office. He didn't even care to call and tell me that he got another booking. When I called the office to help with another cab, they asked me to hold and never contacted me.

If they can't make alternate arrangements, should have told me. Not just hung up the phone.

I think they don't have much cabs.

Very bad experience...booked a cab for friend from aluva and I clearly told that I need to travel only one way but on reaching the destination they charged double the rate claiming to and fro charges...on contacting mango cabs ernakulam they said in ernakulam it's so unlike mango cabs in Trivandrum...If they charge to and fro charges it could have informed and the experience was also very bad...

No response properly, while im talking to them on call they said send your requirment on our mail and cut the call still my talk not ended, i did get my answer from them. very bad service
