This stay is very near to kaloor bus stand(600m), town hall metro station (100m) and ernakulam North railway station so that the transportation is very easy. The staff(hussain) was very polite, well mannered and good customer service. We booked an AC room and the room was very neat and clean with all necessary facilities. Also so many food spots are available near this stay. A stay at the center of the city with affordable price and you can enjoy the beauty of the city here.

An excellent hotel right beside the NH road in Ernakulam a really great feature is that it is right opposite the metro station so it is easier for you to travel to any place especially Lulu mall. It comes around 2.3 K rupees for the large 2x double bed room, has soo much Great features, 2 good bathrooms etc etc. if you do get the last rooms like 404 etc, consider it a real luxury as they are even bigger. Very friendly staff, really good food stores near it too. the best place to stay if you want to see lulu mall

Dear management of Kenz Residency. I was hotel 07th October to 9th October just for two nights I was planned to spend 14 nights there but I left because your reception starffs I asked several times if possible my friends to visit my room just because I want suprise them. Your starffs told no chance for 1 minute also . I was very hopeless and sad I left another day . Your hotel security boy is very kind friendly his the only one who talk me others look at me like angry face. Your rooms are perfect very clean. But scared to use lift because it’s too small the location is excellent just because metro stations is opposite. In the future I hope u will note the visitors name in the reception books and let them visit their friend. That is really sad u stop them. I hope u will consider this in the future . Visitors is a woman I don’t no why not given permission to enter the room just a second even .

+ Kenz Residency is strategically best located in city and people on the trip will always appreciate it. Even though this hotel is a 2-star hotel but it is recommended for all types of travellers families, business traveller, backpackers. This hotel provided all types of rooms from non AC single rooms to AC Family suite rooms. My stay here was very comfortable and worth for the money I paid. A basic room cleaned daily if required, comfortable bed, hot shower, TV, free Wi Fi, A/C, sanitizers. Excellent service, on arrival, till the end comfortable and clean room, you can also get kettle and tea bags on request. Its next to the metro station so you need not to hire an auto or taxi for small journeys, you can even go to shopping malls, railway station, hospitals, Ernakulam city and market. The staff are attentive, helpful and very humble they are ready to help us whenever we required, from the time of check in they are assure to make you feel better in this hotel. The hotel doesn’t have any restaurant facilities but we don’t have to worry because there are many restaurant jst one meter around the hotel where you can have your favourite cuisines, from local dishes to Chinese cuisine early morning to till midnight. Underground parking place was available. They also have a travel desk where we can get services like taxis for airport pick up/drop or for one day trips, flight/train tickets and even they do have tour packages like houseboat booking and arranging tourist taxi for day trip etc. All in one if you want to stay in good hotel within your budget you can choose this hotel bcs you can’t get better option other than this, so I ll surely recommend this hotel for all types of travellers. I wouldn't stay anywhere else in Kochi and I am sure I ll be visiting with my frnds & family again.

Fabulous location just directly opposite the Lissie metro station and just 3 minutes walk to the Ernakulam North railway station. Rooms are very contemporary and modern. Clean. Comfortable. Showers are good and strong and comes with hot water. Staff are helpful and friendly and very quick to attend to needs. Comes with free Wifi although speed is a little slow. Highly recommended place.

Rooms are big,neat and clean... located just opposite town hall metro...Mrs Grace at the reception is very courteous and polite. Thankyou so much madam...had a wonderful stay..I would come back again...highly recommended :)

The hotel seems very small from the outside, but do not judge.
The rooms are very clean and spacious and the stay was very good.

Close to the Jawaharlal Nehru stadium, and there are hotels near by, and there are hundreds of choices to choose, if you're using swiggy or Uber eats.

The BEST hotel that I've booked in Ernakulam. Rooms are exceptionally tidy and the bathrooms are just awesome. You get everything from rain shower to hot water. The staff is also very polite, responsive and kind.
I RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE WHO WANTS TO HAVE A COMFORTABLE STAY IN ERNAKULAM.

The receptionist was very good and friendly. The rooms and bathrooms are very stylish and hygienic. All amenities are available like water kettle, tea, coffee, towel, soap and hot water to shower. Bathrooms are fitted with automatic LED lights that sense the presence of humans and turn on accordingly. To conclude, a five star facility hotel with an affordable price tag.

Superb hotel at a really economical rate. Best place to stay and travel around the city as all the buses and metro easily available from here, very close to Ernakulam Town station too. Rooms are spacious and clean, with good and tidy bathroom.

I liked the hotel atleast fir the price it offered. The hotel is very clean and staff very helpful. They even allowed us an early morning check-in which I will appreciate for my entire life as I and my husband walked in with our 3 year old baby who was fast asleep. Thanks to the hoteliers. Best place to stay on a budget! Great location as the bus stop, railway station is right next to the hotel. The rooms are clean and all basic amenities are available. Overall a good experience

I loved the stay here. Very welcoming host and reasonable price for the rooms. The room I stayed was very clean and the bed was very cosy, the toilets were clean even the bed cover and sheets were clean. They have a prayer hall and meeting room and waiting room even that is very neat.
