Amatra by the Ganges

It was an excellent decision to choose this location as our wedding venue. The beauty of the place is simply breathtaking. The staff was incredibly supportive and knowledgeable, which made the entire experience delightful. The food was the highlight of the wedding, and Mr. Balwat Negi deserves special praise for his culinary expertise. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meals and complimented him for his exceptional work. The venue is conveniently located just four hours from Delhi by road, making it easily accessible for our guests. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and created memories that will last a lifetime.

Stunning property! The villas and locations are brilliant; it's a bit of a task getting there but it's worth the effort. The property staff, service, housing etc are fantastic. I would suggest that either you go to be alone or have a large event. Wonderful location

The location of the property is perfect. You can get a view of the Ganges. The Chef was excellent and really helpful as per your taste - especially Chef Negi. The front office staff was also good - Mr. Vinod took care of the room needs diligently. Room cleaning was perfect!
The only disappointment was the wedding planner which was not the part of property.

From the front office to back office, housekeeper to maintenance but the most important was the service from the restaurant. Shivangi and pankaj, Gobal Singh chef was amazing food and service beyond 5 star! Forgot the dinner staff names but over all I would highly recommend this beautiful hotel by the ganga river......

Amatra is a wonderful property by the riverside of Ganga. Sunset with Ganga Aarti is an amazing experience. The staff, especially Ms. Sarita is very supportive. She sincerely helped us with our choice of rooms considering we were travelling with our elderly parents. The staff offers great hospitality. The food is great too.

The location of the resort is lovely and rooms are also well maintained and well ventilated.
The food was really good and the quantity of the meal was also good, along with the taste.
The staff at the restaurant was really courteous Esply Preeti, Shivangi, Manoj and Manish.
We loved our overall stay.
The housekeeping staff was always on their marks and regular.
Jenny at the spa staff was amazing and was true professional.

Nestled in the lap of nature is Amatra by the Ganges. Its location is so peaceful and serene that you forget you have to get back to the hustle and bustle of city life after a few days. The service staff is extremely polite and courteous. The food and beverages team was extremely courteous and always smiling. I would really like to praise Preeti who was our server. She would always have a smile on her face. She helped us in selecting our dinner options and even beverages. All in all, this place is close to nature that you would not want to come back to the city life.

Great property to visit with your family. Lot of fun activities available at the resort. The view and rooms were also great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They also provide food and milk for toddlers at any time. We have stayed for 4 days with family and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommend.

Booked this property randomly online and I must say it was a serene experience! The rooms are neatly done up, food was actually good, and the view of the Ganges mesmerising specially at the time of sunset! If you just want to unwind, relax, walk on the grass, and listen to the birds chirping must visit!

Beautiful property with the amazing view of the Ganges. Luxurious Villas, neat and clean rooms. Very polite and courteous staff. Really liked the food there. Enjoyed different kinds of cuisine with amazing taste. It is really worth and value for money if someone wants to have a peaceful getaway.

We can't complain about this place. Everything is fabulous with new management. Amazing indian and continental food. Good place to stay if someone wants to experience Fresh breeze, close to nature with quality food

Had a great stay, property is very lavish and scenic. The staff is very accomodating and helpful. Food was good and rooms were neat and clean. Would definitely visit again.

Amatra is like a hidden gem. One you visit it you understand how beautiful it is. Mr Kala with his team are doing an awesome job of taking care of the guests. The food is very good , the Chef and his team are doing a great job. The F&B and Housekeeping staff were very courteous always ready to serve. They all are doing a great job under the leadership of Manoj & Gaurv.
We had a great time and enjoyed staying at the property. Most of us will come back to stay again.
I wish Amatra management will take the initiative to look at uplifting the minor details in the property.
