Olive Downtown

Very good place to stay in downtown Kochi. The food/dinner was great and the staff was very helpful and accommodating as we have to leave for our flight at 7 while the breakfast was starting at 7:30. They prepared boxes with sandwiches, fruits, and muffins/strudels for us to take and eat on the way. Really appreciate the service.

Went for a lovely rooftop dinner. One of the few places where you can enjoy a meal and a drink. Super view. Nice courteous staff. Food menu is nice and multi cuisine . A shade expensive maybe in comparison to stand along kochi restaurants but approx 1500-1800 per head including domestic spirits.

Buffet was great.
Break fast is like average and cost Rs.400 and taxes approx.
The hall is great and staff are supporting. Located in a well connected place.

We have a peaceful stay here. Awesome hotel surrounding tourist location. Room service is good and staff is very polite. Best hotel in kochi.

I had fantastic birthday celebration at Olive . We were 22 members came in and spent our great moments with Olive. I really thank all the staffs who were involved to make successful event. Special appreciation to Mr Abhilash, Mr Rony, Mr Bibin for their support. Please convey my thanks and regards to your Kitchen Crew as they prepared delicious dinner buffet with love. Many thanks for arrangements of small banquet hall for cake cutting. Let me tell you cake was really yummy . Thank you GM sir leading from front with such a lovely staff for being brought us into a state of ecstasy.

Stay here was pleasant, however the locality is busy and hence it's a kind of business hotel unlike an anticipation of pleasure filled spacious properties. Parties and crowd on Wednesday and Saturday nights is a kind of market place. If u are a business traveller this is a cool place. recently had the pleasure of staying at Olive Downtown, and I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted warmly by the reception staff, particularly Ms. Reshma and Mr. Ignatius. Their friendly demeanor and efficient check-in process set a positive tone for my stay.

The rooms are clean and the hospitality of the staff was very good. The food is served in time and good. The location of the hotel makes it very accessible. It was overall a nice experience.

I had an enjoyable lunch today. The food was superb, especially their crab soup. I opted for the buffet on the 2nd floor, and it turned out to be a fantastic experience.

One thing that truly stood out was the ambiance. It created the perfect setting for a delightful lunch or dinner. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, making it easy to relax and savor the meal.

I wasn't dining alone; I was with my office colleagues, and they too loved the place. It's not often that everyone in a group agrees on a restaurant, but this one was a unanimous hit.

The location is another plus point. It's conveniently located within walking distance from Kadavanthra Metro station. This makes it easily accessible, and we didn't have to worry about transportation hassles.

Overall, it was a delightful experience. The combination of exquisite food, a pleasant ambiance, and easy accessibility made it a memorable lunch outing. I'll definitely be returning here for more delicious meals in the future.

Customer service was really exceptionally good.The chef served us the authentic kerala style food and it was good.

This is best affordable five star hotel in kadavanthra Kochi. I had a very good time here. I really enjoyed their services and I really liked them. Especially the Olivia restaurant has my heart, they have delicious food and very well mannered friendly behavior.
