Bokaro Niwas is owned and governed by SAIL, Bokaro Steel Plant, a maharatna PSU company. The ambience and surrounding of Bokaro Niwas is very beautiful. The rooms/suites in Bokaro Niwas are well maintained but they are exclusively for Company's officials and guests only. Outsiders are not allowed for boarding and lodging here.

It's a nice place to stay at Bokaro. There are two types of accomodations available, single room and suites with a sitting room. Rooms are clean with clean linens. Food is wholesome and good. People are very friendly and helpful.

Located in Bokaro Steel City it is guest house for use of engineers. Any qualified engineer can get life membership and then find room for stay at a very reasonable price. Enough number of AC rooms and building surrounded with greenery. Great place to stay!

A Guest House of a PSU as clean as no other I have seen. The floor shines as Taj Hotels would. The staff is very well mannered. It's a pleasure to visit this residency
