Hi all.. I have seen tonnes of negative reviews here for this team.. But i must admit that I have received the gift on correct date as committed eventhough it arrived little bit late around evening.. Cake was properly handeover along with flowers and message card.. The man who delivered the gift was so simple & innocent..

I thought they have cheated me since the call was not answering.. But they have delivered the product as committed. Hence i am happy with this team!👍

Was initially worried by seeing the bad reviews and experiences posted by other people. But i got my order delivered on time. I had ordered flowers, chocolate and teddy for my wife on this Valentines day and it was delivered on the schedueld day as expected and the items received were of good quality.

Never ever order from here . I tried to reach customer care no response. Not even they will pick call. I sent mail and no response. It is a fraud website I guess. from my side 1275 rupees deducted from my account for the cake and flower but no any response from their side.

Placed an order for flowers and cake for the valentines day . The items were of high quality and worth the money. The only issue i faced was the lack of tracking number once you place the order. Even the online query system was also very responsive. Otherwise everything else was excellent and would recommend it for delivery of gifts in kerala.

But got the delivery, nice fresh flower basket and sweets exactly what i ordered. Guys I think the quality of delivery depends on the local florist assossiated with the website. One thing u guys should work on is that tracking system and customer service ! Thanks again

Dear friends, I have seen a lot of negative reviews for this team.. But for me I have received the gift on correct date as committed . Cake was properly covered along with message card..also the chocolates. But there is no response from costumer care number and mail, I thought they cheated me taken all money.
But they have delivered the product as committed. Hence I am happy with this team

I must say I was apprehensive after placing the order with them due to all the negative reviews that I read after placing the order. But in my case everything went smooth and the flowers were delivered on time. They made a goof up in keeping a different greeting card (Wedding card instead of wedding anniversary) but the quality of bouquet overrides that mistake.

Items received in well condition. Flowers were nice. Greeting card is not that good. Tried calling them but no response. But when mailed all went smooth and they came. Went to check shop by Google map location but there was no shop on that location and enquired the locals they said there is nothing like that, they are fake ,lots of ppl used to come n check. Even we thought money is gone. But they came on time.

I ordered flowers and chocolates for my wife's birthday and they were able to deliver it on time. Good service. The only problem I had is the inability to track the order.
