I m very grateful to Heritage hospital but why Dr A.K singh (Neuro- specialist) is visiting only few patients.I m trying to book the appointment in heritage hospital physically,but they are avoiding to book the appointment.My mother's treatment is going on from 4 years from Heritage hospital...it's humble request to Dr.A.k.singh sir,kindly take care of your patients..aap ni smjhenge toh phir kaun smjhega 🙏

Treatment was Excellent. Nusring and othe r staff was very Helpful and well Behaved to patient. Dr Ravi Shekhar pradhan is excellent Nuero surgeon.

My experience here has been lovely, all people treated my very nice. Very professional and efficient services. All my gratitude to Dr. I.B. Mishra and Madame at the office who was very kind and caring. Also thanks to floor manager and nurse who absolutely made my day with their big smile.

We are really impressed with the staff. They are very helpful and courteous. Dr. Ojha is an awesome doctor who uplifts patient moral. Which really helps in recovery process.
Dr Shwetank is also a very nice and knowledgeable doctor.

The overall experience was good, the doctors timely attended the patient and there was no delay in treatment. The hospital staff was so good with addressing any sort of urgency ans immediate assistance was provided for any health issues.

Doctors IB Mishra is particularly the best doctor in medicine in varanasi.
The nursing staff is also very helpful.
My mother was admitted in ICU & later into private ward, here she was taken good care by all nursing & housekeeping staff.

I was really unlucky to have an accident on my trip here in varanasi, I was admitted to heritage hospital by recommendation of the owner of the hotel I was staying, and was told this hospital was the most advanced and had a CT scan, so I can really recommend heritage hospital if you as a foreigner are unlucky and have a accident
