Tour package to Bangkok/Pattaya was well arranged, with excellent accommodation, food, luxury coach and a wonderful pleasing lady guide jiji, who handled everything for us efficiently and took care of all our needs.
The driver of the coach too was well mannered and good at his job.
However, if dinner could have been arranged at the hotels we stayed, it would have been more relaxing.
All in all, it was great !..a memorable experience at reasonable cost.

We had planned , through Kerala travels , a trip solely with moms , for them.Travelling were we five ladies - me, my mom, my MIL, my SIL and her mom.

It’s quite difficult to write a review for such a passionately planned and well executed tour because I am sure to fall short of words to express the appreciation we have . Having travelled quite often; I was concerned about stay and travel in North India for more than a day or two for the Moms , as I presumed it might be difficult due to the weather and food. But this one was such an enjoyable trip thanks to the excellent planning by your staff . The choice of the Chaueffuer for our trip was excellent . He was well mannered , spoke just enough and guided us to very good eateries as well. This was specifically important as the travelling moms weren’t used to having outside food for so long. The choice of places of stay were also great , especially Abhayaran . Safari camp Ossian was also a unique experience for them including camel safari and the food . There wasn’t a moment of tension or stress as everything was in place . Though the service time was brief, the guide at Jodhpur was also excellent . Only the guide at Jaipur seemed quite in haste. At one point he commented that Amber fort might be ‘insurmountable’ for the moms but they all proved him wrong 😀. I am so happy that all the moms thoroughly enjoyed the tour and were so appreciative of each and every aspect of the tour . On behalf of them, I would like to appreciate Ms Resmy, Ms Ann, Mr Sukumar from your team for all prompt support . Ms Resmy has given personal attention to our itinerary, following up at every turn. Ms Ann was kind enough to check up on us and Mr Sukumar was always prompt in attending when need arose . Thank you so much to all of you for letting us give such a wonderful experience to our moms !

Thank you so much for the excellent arrangements made for our recent turkey trip. Bookings at cave hotels, ballon trip and guide assisted city tours were worth remembering. I highly recommend using Kerala Travels Interserve Ltd if you are booking a trip to India. Our guides and drivers were amazing for our adventures we took. Kerala Travels Interserve took care of all the fine details from airport pick-up, driving between destinations, flying within India, helping plan destinations for cities visited, and ensuring special events were included (i.e. we had a special pooja before putting my Father's ashes in The Ganges for final rest as well as coordinating birthday cakes for both by Husband and Son since both birthdays took place during our trip). Kerala Travels Interserve even ensured we had our last minute needs taken care of whether it was changing plans or adding extra activities we had not initially planned. We worked with Ambily primarily. Before arriving to India, the entire Kerala Travels Interserve Ltd team was on a text thread to stay in contact the entire trip and ensure all was going positive and smooth. Resmy and Ambily both worked so hard during the entire-almost 3 weeks-and for that we are so very appreciative!

The cities we visited included: Varanasi, Jaipur, Agra, New Delhi, Chennai (with side trips to Mahanbalipuram and Kanchepuram).

I met Mr. Austin of Kerala Travels during one of the most testing times in my life..I wanted to go to Canada to attend a very important function and with a lot of apprehensions we applied for visit visa.. The way he extended his service was to a level much more than professional..
