BLS International Spain Visa Documents Collection Center, Kochi

I had visited the office last week and I should say things went very well for me. Since the location is at Oberon mall, easy to find the location and parking. Although there was a bit of confusion to find the office among the cluster of offices at 3rd floor but notices outside helped to get to the place. Really appreciate both the staff, who had taken great effort to go through the documents and let me know the missing documents and requirements. They even waited for me get things sorted and submit on the same day so that there was no delay in application process. Thank you and good work.

I visited with my spouse for Schengen tourist visa, the location was bit difficult to find, I am adding pictures for help you identify the spot. The staffs were courteous and checked our documents carefully. They advised us to include some additional items that we had missed. There is no photocopy or internet service close by, so be careful you have all the documents handy. They accepted the visa fee as cash, be prepared.

Few of points that you can consider based on my experience,

1 - Sign the applications infront of them, the place needs to be either Kochi or Kerala and the date is form submission date.
2 - Take cash with you to pay
3 - Old passport needed + photocopy of all pages signed and front and back. The same is applicable for new passport as well. Blank pages not required.
4 - Be on time and wait for your turn.
5 - Passport size photo needs to be as specification with 80% face.

In case you needed to add extra documents or photocopies, there is a shop near to the mall (if you are lucky they open) otherwise take an auto and tell them your need, they will help you.

Really good, I visited today for a seafarers visa but i didn't have all the documents copies with me, i thought my visa appointment will be cancelled, but the Girl named Reshma gave me more time to go out side and get the needed copies, but again I made the same mistake, some copies were missing.. But she really had the Patience, and was helpful also.. Thank u
