Hotel South Gate Residency

The rooms are clean and spacious. We booked a family suite. Very neat and clean bedsheets and washrooms. The room service is very prompt. The cons is they don't have water bottle facility, you can refill bottle using water machine and the wifi is very slow. The plus point is the hotel is just 350m away from station and 100m away from South Ernakulam metro station.

The rooms are awesome.... The location is 350m from the railway station nearby rooms are slightly low rate but not good but this one is worth the amount.

I'm a frequent business traveller(Sales Executive) visiting all major cities in Kerala and Tamil Nadu once in a month. I had a pleasant and peaceful stay. No noise, Rooms are clean, friendly staffs and they have daily house keeping, all the details which they provide are available. They treat all customers equally. They are maintaining a 3star quality. Worth of stay. Near to South Metro Station local foods available in nearby walkable distance.

Rooms are quite good, but need more maintenance. A pathetical smell in the reception and other places. But overall it's good, Front staff is very supportive.

An excellent place for family and bachelors to stay. Its in prime location easily accesible by both metro and railway station by walk about 5 min. Definitely i would recommend everyone to stay here without any second thought

The rooms were excellent and the service was good.
Rooms are large enough and it was clean as well.
There are a number of restaurants nearby the hotel so either you can go there or you can order so that they will deliver to the hotel.

There is south metro station in walkable distance, around 100-200meters.

There is car parking space available and it can hold up to 5-6 cars.

Very nice experience for family room and it’s best and clean. Restaurants and metro near by and really enjoyed the service. Wi-Fi could have been better and overall Highly recommended for family

The room and the bathroom are neat. The outside way to the room is also clean. There is no problem when you see the hotel from the outside. But the customer service is poor and they still need to improve.Because twice I have taken a room here and both times I have not got a blanket from here yet.Apart from this problem everything else is very super✌✌

South gate is a very great hotel and it is very accessible.

1. Rooms are bit conjusted so if you are in odd numbers fitting the extra mattress is hard

Near to the railway station and all necessary places. AC room is clean and disturbance free. No food options. Need to walk for food. Must say this is best in the price.

It is located near ernakulam metro south at 100 meter distance. Behavior of staff is good and helpfull. In morning they provide breakfast and quality of breakfast is very good. And room decorations is nice to spend time. They provide hot water in room, that is acceltable according to their environment
