I have done 11 month certificate course from Franfinn Institute (21-22 batch). Before doing this course I did my BBA(Airline management) from a well known college but didn't get much knowledge in the subject as the lecturer was inexperienced and she was just reading from text book.
I could not apply for any airport job as i was not confident in the subject. Later one of my friend suggested me to do course from Frankfinn.
The topic in travel and airport management at both institute were almost same but at Frankfinn the faculty used to explain clearly by mentioning various examples and scenarios so that we get in-depth knowledge.
Now I am working at BWFS kochi airport as Customer service executive .
