Today early morning I with my wife came to Ernakulam Jn to see off my Son who was going to Pune for attending offline class. I park my car at Car parking, for one hour they are charging Rs 25. They have remote control gate. The boy was professional and friendly.

This premium parking place situated in the premises of the Ernakulam South Railway Junction is of great help to the people who are in need of parking their vehicles conveniently while going on journey through trains.The convenience is that one can drive his own car, park it and proceed on his journey and on his return drive home easily without waste of time.

Good initiative but poor execution. Rates charged are more than the amount paid for a train ticket.For the amount charged the least that can be done is to provide shaded parking and well marked parking spaces.Had my car parked for more than 24 hours (cost about Rs.800) and came back to find cars parked all around mine in such a way that almost 1hr had to be spent just trying to get out of the spot. The responsible staff weren't even at site and the only solution offered was to wait for the owners to come back. Thankfully was able to get out with quite some effort.Definitely wouldn't recommend for long term parking.

No idea how they calculate the charges. Morning while parking some amount is charged and evening some other staff appears asking for additional money saying that the morning chap made mistake. Exorbitant rates. To be avoided for full day parking. It is not clear Who is running this parking -- Kudumbashree or some private agency ???
The area is not properly segregated or secured. People can access from all sides. The vehicles have no security. The attendedants are just for collecting the money. Vehicle is at the mercy of sun , rain , dust and haphazard parking with no proper markings. If you get your car out without scratches you should be fortunate. I don't think I will ever park my car there.

The parking fees levied here is too exhorbant. Parked vehicle for around 15 hours at the South Railway station parking and was charged Rs375! Costs more than railway ticket

Don't hand over the key. If you park for a day or two, they would move the car out of paid parking area to accommodate more cars and to make more money. they parked it under the tree and were full of bird droppings on the car.

Poor experience. Staff charging without final receipt, arguing that the receipt for the advance was enough. No way to know or prove whether the advance taken was excessive or correct.
Water ingressed into the car floor when it was left for a day possibly due to flooding after heavy rains.

Never choose this....charging too much..... U can buy One cent plot with the money at the heart of the city
