US Visa CGI Document Drop-Off Location

US visa passport port drop off and pickup at VFS global Kochi. US visa service starts only at 9.45 am. Things are well organized and pretty quick.
Parking is available too.

There will be a separate office for US Visa Appointment on the first floor. Collect token from front desk and wait for your turn to submit the documents. Staff made the overall process efficient.

Paid parking is present on the opposite side.

Visited here for H1B (interview waived-off for F1 to H1B COS) drop-box appointment. VFS Global handles this, there isn't a separate office for this collection. The process is smooth and fast - take a token & submit the docs (Rs 650 needs to be cash payment). You don't need another appointment or extra docs, just the ones mentioned in appointment confirmation is sufficient. There is very limited space for parking, although there is a paid-parking just across the road.

US Visa dropbox - Very quick process and professional staff.

I came here for US visa renewal for my mother (Drop off service). You can drop off the documents on behalf of your parents or kids. The office is in first floor of Coastal Chambers building. Once you enter the office, you need to sign ur name and time and they will give you a token number. Only one person is allowed to enter inside the room and the other people should sit/stand outside. There is no bench or chairs available for visitors to sit and so it’s better not to bring young kids or senior citizens. The process of reviewing the papers will take only 15-20 mins, but depending on the token # it will take to an hr or more to call ur number and get the process done. There are three counters inside the room. There is a photo and photostat studio opposite to this office just in case if you need it. No food / phone etc are allowed inside the room.
Overall the experience was good.

Well organised place. Avoid going the next day after a holiday. Bags and mobile phones not allowed inside. Normally takes 20 mins to process one application.

Friendly staff.. Have parking space.. Parking fee reimbursed once you finish the submission..
