Good service and fast processing.. not much people on my last visit .. be on time when you have appointment

1) Norka attestation was done in 1 hour time, which was very quick and all the team members were very efficiently managing the process.

2) xerox section is available inside ,so if you missed any copies, you can take it there.

3) they were very kind and helped the process with a smiling face which didn't get unnoticed.

4) washroom provision is inside and it's clean

5)drinking water is available and chairs are enough inside to wait during the process.

Had really good experience from the staffs here.

One of the best and well managed organisation. I went there for UAE attestation. It took only 20 days and fee was around Rs.5,500/-. The front office manager Mr. Sreejith is very efficient in managing the crowd and at the same time responding to the calls to the point and in a very respectful and helpful way. I would like to appreciate his and the whole team for functioning in the best possible manner. The organisation is in the MG road metro station building itself.

You can park your car/bike near the metro station parking facility (6 slot for Norka) seemati, and just walk 300 metres to Norka roots office

Norka center in Ernakulam thats in MG road near padma theatre it’s located in metro station of MG road oppo. Online payment methods also cards are acceptable and gud service in them mainly 3 center in kerala kozhikode, Thrissur,trivandrum main centre 🙌🏾

Very good experience... Nice persons are working here... The only problem is there is no separate parking for us in that building...

I'm really impressed about the way they work. The staffs were very helpful and working well. All my queris were dealt appropriately and certificate attestation were done error free. Overall it was good.

Recommending to bring all documents and photostats because here there is only one printer and there will be a huge que.
Before lunch there was huge crowd, but after 2 pm crowd is less.
For norka and other attestation take zerox of all documents. Also for degree certificate attestation, keep app marklists and necessary docs.

The Experience with Norka Team Ernakulam was excellent. Even though I haven't taken a few certificates they gave me time to go home and take them back (where my house is in angamaly it takes me around 2 hours for the ride) and that's why I can reach back by 12:30 pm.
They were very pleasing and helpful.

Note: Bring the photocopy of the original certificates for the attestation process.

The location of the Norka Roots Ernakulam is at MG Road Metro station, 6th floor.

,,,, take a appointment in online. Only three centers are doing Educational Certificate Attestation ( Trivandrum, Ernakulam, Calicut).
At the last step of the online registration, for Trivandrum center by default will get the token number, for Ernakulam and Calicut only select the "Attestation Office ", no need to select "Attestation District " for getting The Token Number.

Please keep all your Educational Certificate along with Mark sheet. Also carry copy of all Certificate and Mark list. Passport original and its copy ( if you want to do only one attestation one copy if two attestation two copy)

There is a visitor register at the entrance of the office write down your details.

In my experience, It taken only two hour to complete my Home HRD Attestation.

I had been here on 16-12-2020.
I had taken appointment via Norkaroots website for my educational certificates attestation. I had reached the location by 8 AM. By 9:30 AM, the security staff started collecting the application and he started giving token number based on first come first serve kinda. By 10 the officer from attestation department started calling out the applicants luckily I was the first one, she checked my application and asked for copies of all the documents required and verified the same with original documents later she sent the same to the attestation officer. Later after 45 mins to 1 hour, they asked me to do the payment (Only cash is accepted) and then in another 10 mins they finished the attestation process and gave back my certificates (10th and 12th grade - only HRD) (Degree certificate would take 15 days cause I opted for UAE embassy attestation)

I applied for HRD and UAE attestation and it costed me 4800₹ including speed post service.

The following were the documents required:-
2 passport copies (Front and back page)
2 passport size photo.
10th and 12th grade certificate.
Degree certificate, semester wise certificates of the same and provisional certificate.

Note: The location mentioned on google is incorrect, the correct location is 6th floor, MG road metro station, Kochi.

Staffs are good, you may have to reach by 8 am so as to finish by 12. Norka office is on the 6th floor of MG metro station building.
For a degree certificate you may have to bring a photograph, tenth certificate and marklist (CBSE), plus 2 certificate and marklist, semester wise certificates, provision certificate, conduct certificate , degree certificate, passport and a copy of all the above.

Good experiece, very friendly staff. Helpful and fast attestation. It is located very close to MG road metro station. If you come by car Nearby pay and park very useful. GOOD location great for easy asscessbily

Very happy about their services, unlike other government office they are providing their best. Easy accessible, located in MG metro building. They will every attend call.

Location changed to MG Road. Have to reach by 8.30 am. Token is given on first come first serve basis by 9 am. Registration starts at 10am. Registerd certificates are issued by 11.30.
There is a photostat counter by kudumbasree inside Norka office.
Photo and TC is needed. For CBSE - marklist and pass certificate is needed.
