Abad Plaza Hotel, MG Road, Cochin

Perfect place to host a wedding reception. The lighting, ambience, cooling and the service was really good. All my relatives were highly appreciating the food taste and quality. Thanks and will highly recommend this banquet to friends and family

I recently stayed in the Abad chain of hotels while holidaying in Kerala; I was here at the Plaza on the first night of my tour. My room was clean & very comfortable, with a lovely bowl of fresh flowers on the table. What a nice touch! The staff were welcoming, efficient & spoke good English & even prepared a fresh, tasty 'take-away' breakfast for me on my morning of departure as I was leaving before the dining room opened. The only problem I experienced was the inconsideration shown by other patrons of the hotel who had chosen to ignore the very conspicuous No Smoking signs. So there was the unpleasant smell of cigarette smoke on my floor & in my room. But the air-con quickly got rid of that, so all was good. I highly recommend this hotel & would definitely stay here again.

My husband and I had a very pleasant stay at Abad Plaza recently. Starting with the smiling ,friendly reception staff the whole experience was smooth. When we had trouble getting a taxi one day the Manager himself stepped in and arranged for one in a personal capacity. This willingness to help was felt in all areas of service. Thank you .

I recently booked Abad Banquet Hall for my brother's reception, and I couldn't be happier with the service provided by the hotel. The food service was excellent, and I want to express my gratitude to Jaiphil for his exceptional efforts in managing the service providers. He even stayed overtime to ensure the event ran smoothly. The buffet lunch is worth the price compared to other options in Cochin. They have Kerala cuisine and multi cuisine buffet. Kerala cuisine is excellent. For approx 600 INR you get a nice spread. Service is good . View from windows are great

A very good place to stay away from home, good location, amenities and service. Delicious food is also served. Breakfast is free with variety of items. All the staff are very sincere, polite and helpful. There is an ayurveda centre in the hotel where one can opt for types of massage and therapies.

Had my wedding reception at the grand ball room and dinner at a hall on the first floor on 11th February 2024. First of all hats off to Abad and team for organising a reception as smooth as a butter. We recently had our wedding reception at ABAD Plaza and it was a memorable event. From start to finish, the staff members including Balakrishnan (Balu) Chettan went above and beyond to ensure that every detail was perfect.

Grand ball room was spacious, and the stage decoration was elegant. The catering team did an outstanding job with the food and drinks. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented.

We highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable event space.

I stayed once in Abad. The room and service was good. During my visit to Kochi I often have dinner in thier restaurant. I recommend you to go with thier buffet dinner which is quite good. It has wide spread of veg and non veg food. Very tasty and budgeted too😋

I had stayed for a night, it was a very good stay. The hotel rooms were spacious and had nice amenities. The restaurant had amazing food, we being a predominantly vegetarian family, really enjoyed the food. They tended to all of our requests.
