I would recommend this place to family and bachelors. The staff is very friendly and comfortable (Akshay). The rooms are neat and affordable too.

Rooms are reasonably spacious, well maintained, neat and tidy. Staff is humble and very cooperative. Decent staffs especially 'Akshay'. Thanks buddy. 👍

I came across this place when I booked an Oyo right next to it because the Oyo was a disappointment.

The room and the bathroom is neat, the service is also great. To top it off, the rates are pretty much same as the Oyo.

Nice place to stay in kochi, easy transportation and parking available. Nice ambiance and services. Metro Residency provide nice quiet room with neat and clean atmosphere. It has rooms available on ground floor too.
Metro Residency is located on deshabhimani road, karukappilly junction. It's a 2 story building. It provides rooms for daily rent. Here they provide kitchen utilities in some rooms. On request the provide airport shuttle.

Been here for 2 days..... I really liked the hospitality and service..... Received a good breakfast and spent a quality time.... Spacious rooms with great ambience and they provide traveling facility if you need...
