Very good experience. Reached on time. Took VIP lounge package of ₹2900. Entire process (biometric and medical) finished within 1 hour. Zero waiting. Got medical results within 2 days. Got visa on the third day. Very fast and seamless process. Good and friendly staff. Locker facility available for bag and phone. Make sure you have good nutritious food and plenty of water before going.

Just did my medicals today. Let me be honest here, I was worried before I went there because I had received multiple opinions about the way medicals are done here. But now all my worries have gone, as the process was very smooth and understandable. From the initial security Chechi to biometrics and then the medicals, everyone was very cooperative.😊
The nurse, Marymol I think, was very friendly and explained the whole process so that I could understand. Overall with the procedure I am happy and satisfied. Thank you so much Kochi QVC

Very easy to reach, since it is just next to the Kochi Metro Station. Phones and personal belongings are not allowed inside. It may take a few hours to complete the process. There is no point in reaching earlier than your allotted time as they would let you in only at the specified slot allotted to you.

Ms.Bincy with calm mallu talk knows how to make an applicant comfortable.
Ms.Ashbin made extra effort to make sure that all the X Ray are taken upto maximum perfection.He was helpful with the instructions
Dr.Aswathy was also very quick and informative.

As a hotelier I can surely say that all of the people I mentioned above are great in making the applicants comfortable and keeping informed.They definitely require recognition for the spectacular service they provide.

Amidst all the good and bad reviews of this place on google, I'm writing my own visit experience here.
Not at all difficult to find the location. Just a 20 metres detour from the highway. Its a building with various businesses inside and the ground floor for the QVC. People coming for medical , especially with two wheelers are asked to park bike outside the complex; not really a problem as there's space outside for that and is not a 'No Parking' zone or anything. There's a security outside the building who verifies your passport, QVC appointment confirmation and Covid vaccination certificate, and a token number is alloted if everything's satisfactory. Then we go and wait at the entrance where another person advises to remove watch, ornaments, cap(if any) and mobile phone (to be switched off) to be kept in bag or hand it over to someone who has come with you and waiting outside. We're then asked to walk through the metal detector door and are frisked for any unwanted items. Any cash in posession is also counted in front of that person and he takes a note of it. Bags can be kept inside and a token is received for the same. Another person forwards our docs to the counter and they call you in 2 mins and gives a SIM card for use in Qatar. They ask you if you want fasttrack service or normal service. Fasttrack helps you skip the queue at all upcoming doctor and checkup sessions and helps speed up visa and medical processing ( as they claim). Retina, fingers and palms are scanned at various cabins. Photo is taken. Then we're accompanied to further medical tests wherein, first Height and weight are checked. Then BP is checked ; then blood samples are taken in 3 vials. Then they give you 2 vaccine shots of Tetanus Diphtheria and Mumps Measles Rubella on either shoulders respectively. Then further to the Xray room. Chest Xray is photographed. After that, a doctor will examine our eyes and ears n mouth and breathing is also examined. After that its done. We're advised by the security to hang around for atleast 2 hours in case they call you again for any additional Xray or any other checkups. After that, we may leave the city. Thats what the security asks us to do.
Overall, I'm really satisfied with the service provided to me, the way they accompanied or guided us to various counters and cabins, the cleanliness of the whole place, the doctor/physicians behaviour and the way they interacted well with us etc.

I really can't understand why there are so many negative reviews about this place,
Visited this place last Friday, everything was done so smoothly , they helped me park my bike , got my biometrics done , my x-ray done and the physical test done. All the doctors , nurses, staff, and including watchman was very sweet to me. I got my test results and cleared it in one shot. Still can't understand why there are so many negative reviews, this place functions smoothly

Staffs are friendly and treat with respect and Courtesy. Still lot of clarity required on actions as mostly candidates are suffering due to inefficient schedule and appointment. I

*no parking facility
*my visa application was not processed first day because there was a mistake in my name , so they completely explained me everything and asked me to change that and come.
*after changing that i visited centre again and they accepted my application.
*i read a lot of negative reviews about the employees., they were good to me , helpful and cooperative.
*they helped me throughout the process , when i needed some explanation they explained it well.
DONT READ ALL THESE NEGATIVE COMMENTS AND VISIT QVC WITH THAT NEGATIVE THOUGHTS. IF YOUR APPLICATION IS RIGHT AND IF UR HEALTH IS OK , U WILL GET YOUR VISA . My visa was ready to print in 3 working days .

QVC is very customer friendly center.I had my appointment on 10/02/2022 staffs were supportive and cleared all my doubts. If you follow the instructions correctly there will be no issues. I got my visa on 15/02/2022 itself.

Good behavior from all staff. Working days mon to Fridays full day & Saturday half days for revisit or additional test walking appointment available.

Everything was well organized and systematic. You need to be on time and expect 2-3 hours for completing the whole process. Paid parking is available a few meters away from QVC building. Please make sure you take a copy of your QVC appointment and vaccination certificate. This is mandatory, but not mentioned anywhere.

No parking service we need to park our vehicle on road side with out any security

They are providing an awesome service. The security officers are very strict. My whole procedure including biometric and medical was completed within 2 hours.

The medical will be strict. Especially the chest Xray.

I will give you some tips to clear the lungs from mucus.

1)Before 15 days of QVC appointment take an xray from nearby lab.

Stop SMOKING & ALCOHOL CONSUMPTION for atleast these 15 days. Because the preferred medicine will be ineffective and the alcohol consumption cause variation in lever fat in which most medical test fails.

2)While consulting a pulmonologist, if some problem persist follow the below steps.

1/2 hour before food

4)Four times hot steam nebulizer at home each 15 minutes.

5) Stop the medicine prior to three days of QVC medical.

The center is maintained in a hygienic and clean condition. All staff at the center religiously follow the social distancing norms, especially in the prevailing Covid times. The staff from security at the gate, the reception, billing and verification, the testing and nursing staff, the para medics and Doctors and last but not the least the Center head, behave and interact in a extremely polite and professional way. Kudos to all the staff at Center for treating everyone with respect and handling all queries patiently.

I dont know why there are so many negative comments. If you dont smoke , eat clean food and exercise regularly you dont have to worry about re-test and all. The staffs are very coperative. And my result was available tge same day itself. If you are failing tge test it's your problem Not QVC's problem.

Regarding waiting outside in the sun, You just have to reach 15 minutes prior to the medical. The entry time is mentioned in your appointment letter itself. There are lots of places like lulu mall and all to see in kochi, Its very close to changampuzha park station. You can go sit and enjoy there until your time QVC timing.

Polite and friendly team of professionals. Wants to share some experiences as on Dec 2019.

1. No need to go there very early. They are very punctual. Just be there 15 minutes prior to your appointment time.
2. You can carry your backpack/handbag with you. There is facility to store your belongings, just like any hypermarkets you visit.
3. Visa & medical procedure may last from 1-3 hours. So have your food before you enter the building.
4. Take only the passport and the original documents mentioned in the appointment email. No need for photographs or photocopies.
5. Strictly follow the instructions. Switch off mobile means just keep it off until you leave the premises.
